• Best hotel
  I have ever been to and was affordable which makes me want to go on more trips.
• Ice machine on 2nd floor where smokers were, smelled like smoke.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone that want to know they got there money's worth and didn't get took for a chump like they do in these high dollar hotels that you are never satisfied with.”

• It had more of just cold food for breakfast.
• They did not tell people to control the noise down and people was out side talking loud.

“It was clean and nice. Easy to get to some place to eat not far to the interstate the next day.”

• Great friendly staff.
• Old musty smelling was a Baymont motel changed to LaQuinta not to LaQuinta standards.

“Friendly staff great service. Poor hotel. It has small rooms hallways feel like a sauna and smell musty.”

• It was in a location that I needed. We are racing fans.
• No refry. No microwave no hair dryer.

• It had a bed, hot and cold water, cool a/c..
• Stinky, dirty, unsafe, tricky entrance, loud.

“We almost missed the turn-in because the driveway is difficult to spot from the main road. Unfortunately, we found it. There was no attendant at the front desk on our arrival around 10 pm so we waited for someone to show up for about 15 minutes. The entrance to our room was at the back of a dirty parking lot filled with creepy-looking loiters - one of whom was listening to decibel-breaking Latin wrap music in his custom air-brushed pickup truck. The area outside the back entrance smelled like urine. The interior corridor smelled like cancer sticks. Our "non-smoking" room smelled like old cancer sticks with a coat of cheap paint attempting to mask it. The bathroom baseboards were discolored from the pile of dust balls blanketing it. The pillows were deceptively fluffy until the weight of a head flattened them like a pancake. The humor of the night wasn't the rock music blaring from the bar three car lengths away from our window. I had to laugh when I saw the "no hanger sign" beside the wall-mounted sprinkler head. You know the kind with a red circle and line through it. I thought, 'Some genius had to have hung something there, broke the sprinkler and watered down the place to warrant such a crazy sign.' It must have been one of those people who wears an "I'm Stupid" sign. The bar next door reminded me with a painful wake-up call every two hours that they were having a party. Fortunately, they shut down around 3 am so I got about four hours of sleep with my pancake pillow.”

• The housekeeper did not come when I asked her to.

• Proximity to restaurants.
• Do not feel safe traveling by myself.

“This was formerly the Baymont Inn and had I known this in advance, I would not have requested this place. I thought I was getting an Original La Quinta Inn. The Original La Quinta Inn are 4 stars. This is a 2 star.”

• I liked the fact that when I had a problem, even though it was handled poorly first hand, that the issue was addressed right away by General Manager.
• The hotel staff was not able to correct the problem.

“I would stay at Baymont again due to the fact that Oliver, General Manager, responded and corrected the problem. Because of his immediate response to me personally, I know he has corrected the problem internally.”

• It is very close to restaurants.
• The stairways smelled very bad like rotting carpets.

“Good hotel but the elevator is slow and the stairways smelled horrible. Other than that everything was very good.”

• Staff at check-in/check-out...room condition
• Security...my car was broken into...as was another guest's car the same evening

“Nice place at the price, BUT.....it is behind a popular bar...and noise can be high...in addition, one end of parking lot joins "low rent" apartment complex..."residents" of said apts have too easy access to parking lot with little chance of being observed...I can't afford to stay there again...damage to my vehicle was in the hundreds of dollars....NOT safe for single women !!!”
