• Easy parking and easy access to room. Safety of room.
• Hotel was very near busy noisy highway.

“We enjoyed this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was beautifully furnished without bedspread (very nice). The only problem was the noise from the busy highway. I will recommend it to my family and friends.”

• Expensive breakfast, staff could be more knowledgeable.

“Overall, this was a great hotel for a short business stay. Comfortable, clean and safe. Great bed and free internet for laptop. Very nice, spacious room with full desk and couch. Location is somewhat difficult to reach get a good map and be ready to ask for directions.”

“Stayed here with my family for 2 nights. It was perfect. The rooms were large with comfortable beds, it had a nice work area with free internet and a nice balcony off of the room. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

• The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
• The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave.

• Low ceilings, just another motel, small room.

“Clean, conveniently located. But it's just another type of mid-range motel. Rooms on the small side. Disturbed by the lack of knowledge about the procedure for using the safe deposit box. I was also shocked at the $10.95 per person breakfast buffet, I was expecting a freebie. Not up to standards as far as I'm concerned with the Marriott Brand.”

• Conveniently located. Well kept. Very clean. Firm mattress. Good TV.
• A little hard to find because the area is fairly dense but nevertheless conveniently located.

Common areas clean and well-stocked with the basics. Great, moderately-priced hotel for the business traveler.”

• The free high speed Internet.
• The front desk clerk wouldn't give me a king size room.

“The hotel was only ok for what was a 2.5-3 star hotel. The Courtyard closer to the Galleria was way nicer and the staff a lot friendlier. I wouldn't stay there again.”

• Very clean, decent beds. Free high speed Internet!
• Bathtub was slippery.

“Overall, adequate for our purposes as we were meeting our son at a "halfway" point. Room faced interstate so could hear traffic noise, but not too annoying. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants. Good place for business traveler to stay.”

• Bath tub / shower was dangerously slick.

“The Courtyard was just off HWY280 at the I-459 interchange very close to both the Summit and the Galleria. The hotel is very nice with a full service breakfast buffet not the usual donuts/cereal/toast you find at most hotels. The indoor pool and outdoor courtyard/patio were very well maintained. The hotel also had a very well stocked "mini market" in the lobby which is also fairly unusual. The room was large and very clean with high speed Internet access via a wired port on the desk. The only negative I found was the shower/tub was dangerously slick (but very clean). Overall I would highly recommend this property.”

• Honesty-returned the shoes I left in the room.
• Towel bar too far from the bathtub; lack of wireless Internet

“The staff was friendly and helpful. When I called to report that I had left 2 pairs of shoes at checkout, personnel tracked them down and returned them at no charge. Close proximity to Edgar's Bakery and Taziki Cafe were a big plus in addition to being close to the Summit shopping area.”
