• Clean comfortable and close to airport.
• Decor was a bit worn out.

“Kitchenette was a plus. Clean, comfortable, basic room and it is close to the airport. We stayed one night before an early morning flight. We will use this motel again before flights out of Huntsville.”

• Convenient location, internet, kitchen and a nice pool.
• Dirty carpets and not accommodating people in need.

“Hotel was in a good location, had internet and cable. Convenient with a little kitchen. However the carpet was really dirty.”

• The convenience to food and gas stations.

“The hotel was nice, its not the classiest hotel I've ever been to but it did have wireless internet and clean beds a fridge and a microwave. It was very nice for the price and looking at it from the outside I didn't expect that.”

• People were very Friendly and it was right where I needed it.
• It was an older Hotel and the pillows were quite flat.

“This is an older remodeled hotel that was done well It is clean. The kitchenette was very useful. Made popcorn and watched a movie because you have more channels than any other hotel I have ever been in the people were very friendly. The morning breakfast was good but light but perfect for what I needed. Was able to park right in front of door. I had professional equipment I was able to load and unload easily because of this. Thought it would be a dump and it was very far from that. Great place to stay would even take my family there.”

• Nice furnished apartment for extended stay travelers.
• High speed internet non-functional.

“When I required extended stay accommodations in Huntsville the federal square inn sounded like just the ticket. A phone call confirmed that they had wireless high speed access, so it seemed perfect. The accommodations were great, but the wireless quit working one week after I arrived. I inquired politely 3 times over the next two and a half weeks, and finally when I confronted the desk staff about the situation they were rude, unaccommodating, and completely unsympathetic. Basically I was told to use the "data port", which is simply dial-up access. ”

• Staff was super and everything was neat and clean.
• I was very pleased, could use more coffee makers.

“We were greeted by a very charming receptionist and was given the opportunity to inspect the room before buying. She told us what was near and the best places to go. The staff was friendly and customer oriented. The hotel was very neat and clean. We had a very pleasant stay during a week long golf tournament.”

• The price was perfect for my budget. I liked that our room was facing the swimming pool.
• In my opinion the hallway (leading to the elevator) was very creepy. It was poorly lit. Made it uncomfortable to be out at night.

“The staff was very friendly and my room clean. For the money that I spent I was pleased overall. FYI...It would be a great help to travelers if the hotel thought about upgrading there locks (to keyless entry) and also either clean or replace the outdoor carpet be elevators, it was kind of nasty. Also...for the safety of all, add additional lighting to hallways by the elevators.”
