• Showers were great, beds were great.
• Floors were filthy.

“There was nothing special about the hotel upon arrival. There are no elevators. Rooms had a lingering smell - maybe of smoke? Floors were filthy. When wearing white socks in the room they would immediately turn black. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The shower was great. Wonderful water pressure, and didn't got cold. Overall the hotel felt run down & a little dirty, but the good bed & shower made up for it.”

• Soft Bed.
• Room was not very clean.

“This property sets in a nice quiet area. The kitchen was very poorly cleaned. This was rated as a 1 star. 1/2 star might be a better rating.”

• Quiet.
• Dead decayed roach caught behind the glass in picture on wall above the bed. : Disgusting, so I took it down temporarily so I wouldn't see it.

• The staff was very friendly and it was very roomy for myself and children.
• The hallway smelled of strong perfume, it was literally breathtaking and my room window open.

“The staff is very nice. The room was clean. There was a strong perfume odor in the hallway, but the room was fresh. For the price our stay was very adequate. We had a studio with a pullout couch, double bed and kitchen with a large handicap bath. It was very quiet and we were comfortable.”

• Rate was fair. Location was good. Saved money by using the kitchen.
• TV could have been larger. Not really an issue though.

“Locations was good, easy to find. Close to grocery store, and restaurants. Room was clean, basic, but clean. All necessary items were in room and kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Overall I was very satisfied, and was well worth the rate I spent.”

• I liked that it was convenient.
• It was unclean.

“The room needed to be painted and the carpet was so disgusting that I wore flip flops. My white socks turned black from walking on the carpet. I didn't feel comfortable in the room. It should be removed from the inventory.”

• Price.
• It was not clean. There was someone using my room just prior to my check in.

“I did not feel safe in this hotel. There were young people roaming the hall and when I opened my room door there were two people in my bed. A bandana was tied to the door knob across the hall from me. ”

• We couldn't figure out how to work the shower.

“For the money paid, it was a good value. Clean and neat.”

• Safe area.

“I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel needs to replace the carpet and update the rooms. It looks like a homeless place for the state. The area is a good location but that has nothing to do with the hotel.”

• Staff exceedingly accommodating.
• Run down. Non-working items.

“Dogs were roaming the halls. Light fixtures in various stages of disrepair. Toilet malfunctioned while we were there. On the plus side, hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating.”

• The location was okay.
• Seemed icy.

“There's only one entryway into the entire motel. The office is there, and when I first checked in the office was locked and no one was around. It turns out the girl had to go wash clothes while she was also working the front desk. The room was okay, I guess, but the whole atmosphere was just sort of sketchy.”

• The rooms are not clean, there is no complimentary breakfast, hotel does not allow changes from queen to king bed type etc.

• There is nothing about this hotel that I like.
• Location, dirty rooms, price and just a nasty place.

“Got to hotel at 5:45 pm. Supposed to pick up tickets for a show at 5:30. So I was running late anyway, got to hotel and room wasn't even cleaned yet. Had to wait on, that didn't have time to shower before show. The curtains didn't fit the windows. People walking by could see the bed. While I was in the shower the next morning my wife was awoken by a bug crawling over her. What a night! ”

• It was located in a good area and was very clean.
• You have to go up stairs to get to room and you have to go downstairs to get to soda machine.
