• The bed was soft.
• Cold showers. No air conditioning, and no offered compensation for downgrading our room.

• Attractive room.
• Broken remote, extremely noisy neighbors, glass doors outside of room.

“I don't understand that wanted a quiet time to get away warranted us in a room cramped along side other people. It seemed all 30 people in the hotel that night were placed on the same floor and in the same area. I was up 4 times at night adjusting the thermostat. Went from sweating to freezing. Horribly noisy neighbors alongside a connecting room. It was like they were in our room with doors slamming.”

• Location! Overall, the hotel itself was great but it was in walking distance to a lot of places.
• Nothing.

“Such an excellent place to stay that is convenient to a lot of restaurants and near a mall and minutes from downtown. I thought it was an excellent place to stay.”

• That is was quiet and I could a good night's rest.
• The hotel only offered a few television channels.

“I loved my stay at the hotel. However, the one thing they need to improve is having more viewing channels.”

• The room itself; the bedspreads, the safety of opening into a hall rather than outside.

“I have almost always had a good experience at courtyard. This one was especially nice. The person at the front desk was originally tepid when I called for instructions to get there, given the fact that the link to driving directions was wrong. But, when I arrived finally, she was some better. Other than the trouble finding them, my experience was good. People should be directed there from i65. It is one left turn instead of a half dozen twists and turns and incorrect route numbers.”

“The location of the hotel is good - close to interstates and large shopping mall. The breakfast selections were varied. The hotel staff was friendly and responsive to queries.”
