• Walls, carpet, and bed spread had stains.

• One employee was nice.
• Room not cleaned, employee rude repeatedly, TV didn't work, sheets dingy gray, carpet dirty.

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in; I would never recommend this hotel. Front desk staff is rude, hangs up on you anytime you call them. No smiles, no thank you, no nothing. Rooms are not cleaned daily, carpets dirty, TV intermittent. Towels and sheets have holes in them. The only good thing about this hotel was the locations to the freeway.”

• Friendly staff, nice entry and good location.
• Whirlpool was broken and staff did not know about it.

“Fine place to stay but bathroom tile was a bit sick to look at. Needed some repair and maintenance. That was a bit sloppy on their part. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the comfort level of the room and the staff and location.”

• Rooms were kept clean and even smelled clean.
• Neighbors were very loud all night. This went on each night I stayed there.

• Our light bulb in the bathroom went out and we had to change ourselves and the electricity in the bath for about an hour and no manager on duty.

“As I said our light bulbs went out and we asked the people at the front desk if we could get it changed and they gave us light bulbs and we had to change them ourselves. Also the next morning the electricity went out in the bathroom and it took them approximately 2 hours to fix it. We were ready to check out by then. There was no manager on duty and we wanted a no-smoking room and all that was available was smoking. The staff was not friendly and not helpful at all. I was very disappointed in my stay at the Comfort Inn in Brentwood.”

• The Breakfast was fresh and selections were good.
• Too close to I-65 and constantly running trains. Hard to locate because it's too far off main road and signage wasn't visible in all directions.

“The swing lock on the door to my room was broken, the portion of the lock that swings open and close was there, but the anchor it is supposed to attach to actually lock was broken off. The carpet was very frayed at the entrance to the bathroom exposing the nails at least an inch, very painful. Rust and corrosion in the bathroom, the door appeared to not have been cleaned off in weeks, dusty and hairy. Even the tissue cover was covered in dusty, dirty film. Mattresses were extremely hard and sheets had a very strong bleach odor. Walls in the tub were rusty in between tiles and mildew was starting to form at the caulking. In my attempt to locate the hotel, I tried to call several times and no one ever answered. Although, check in process was very efficient and the clerk was so friendly. I won't recommend this particular Comfort Inn to anyone due to it's proximity to a high traffic interstate and railroad tracks. It was too noisy.”
