• I liked having separate desk and living room space.

• The bed was very comfortable.
• Small bathroom.

• I loved the modern's (if that's a word) of this hotel. Far exceeded my expectations.
• There's nothing negative to say about my experience.

“Wonderful, modern, upscale atmosphere. The staff even warmed up my PF Chang's takeout! Superb customer service and accommodations - clean and comfortable!”

• Very spacious up to date room with all amenities.
• Would like comforter that was changed every day.

“The motel was very conveniently located near restaurants and the interstate. It was located atop a hill making for a lovely view. The room was spacious and modern with a very large flat screen LCD television. The included breakfast was shallow although you could order a full breakfast.”

• The bathroom had no bars for elderly that we could reach to get in and out of tub.

• We really enjoyed the comfort of the beds and the 42 inch television! We also loved the easy check-in and out.
• The bathroom was a little small and the drain in the tub did not drain the water as fast as we'd liked.

“To check-in you can use one of a few computers in their lobby which makes this procedure fast and easy. The rooms were very spacious and modern. The beds were really comfortable and the 42' TV was really nice also! The staff was very friendly. Also, the location is great and right off interstate 65. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!”

• The cleanliness, quiet location, amenities.
• Free breakfast was very disorganized and most of the food was not available and we were not late. Coffee was not available every time we tried to get.

“The location was away from traffic and noise. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The plasma HD TV was a hit with my husband. There was no restaurant, however, there was a bar with healthy food and snacks for sale as well as wine and beer. Great idea. We enjoyed the free breakfast, however, the food was not available and the coffee pot was continually out of coffee. You had to stand right there and wait for the new pot (only 1 pot available.) They need more coffee pots. All in all the stay was well worth the money. We enjoyed the area and the facility.”

• Sink/fridge kitchenette was very convenient. Great TV!
• The fridge didn't actually work all that well.

“Beautiful location just seconds south of Nashville, on the mountain top with an amazing view. The hotel public areas are beautiful (newly remodeled, looks like) and the rooms are large with all the necessary amenities. I found the kitchenette (fridge, sink, coffee-maker) area, especially convenient (hate the coffee-makers taking up space elsewhere in the room, but like to have the coffee). Clean, spacious, convenient, and comfortable.”

• Staff did not care to fix telephone, or address some concerns.

“Hotel was excellent, but when I called to say I wanted my room cleaned despite forgetting to take off my busy sign on the door knob, they said they would and did not even ask for my room number I had to offer it. Also I told them the phones did not work and they did nothing.”

• I love the beds, the sectional sofas, and the big screen TV's.
• The actual bathroom is very small.

“I absolutely love the Hyatt place hotels. They always meet and even exceed my expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are so roomy and comfortable, and I like the way the lobby is laid out. Everything is very conveniently located.”

• The cleanliness and friendliness made me feel able to relax &the breakfast area was attended well kept clean.
• The beds were double instead of queen.

“I struggle with being comfortable enough in a hotel to relax and sleep. The cleanliness of the rooms always stands out to me. You can pick up right away on some minor details that jump out at you as soon as you walk in the lobby as well as the rooms Such as, the smell, the personality of the staff to make sure you're pleased, the grout in the bathroom the floors in the bathroom behind the commode, the windows, the air units. Cleaning details that tell you they strive to keep you comfortable and healthy. I rarely feel this confident.”

• Loved the modern style, flat panel TV, and newspaper in morning.
• Bathroom just a little small.

“The hotel is very easy to reach from the interstate. Beautiful view from atop the hill it sits on, especially sunrise and sunset. Has modest modern style that lends to a bold yet comfortable feel and certainly does not overwhelm. Rooms were very open with functional areas for every need. The bed was extremely comfortable with ample pillows and a duvet. Simple continental breakfast with other offerings at a price.”

• The assumption that I wanted a queen size bed.

“This hotel has been renovated and it is stylish, and really up to date for all the electronic gadgets that I carry with me when I travel. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and friendly. Thanks for a great recommendation!”

• Excellent room. The TV was remarkable, and the bed was very comfortable.
• Extremely noisy if staying on the first floor.

“This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place, and overall I was very impressed. The room was awesome. 42" plasma TV! Very comfortable bed. However, we were staying on the first floor and it was very noisy from people and the staff going in and out of doors. If I ever stay there again, I will insist on a room on a higher floor.”

• They gave away our double bed rooms.

“I have been to other Hyatt Places and this one is below the standard of the new ones. Very upset that we had reserved 2-two double bed rooms for 4 guys and they gave them away, saying they had a computer problem. We arrived late and there was little we could do.”

“The location of this hotel makes it easy to find. It is near restaurants and stores. It is located right off of the interstate. The room was large with a sink and small refrigerator, and had a sectional sofa in a sitting area.”
