• Premises were clean, staff was helpful and friendly.
• Could of used at least 2 more drinking glasses.

“All in all it was a good experience, would stay there again if the in the area.”

• The staff was courteous and friendly and the rooms were immaculate.
• The only drawback - my wife and daughter thought the lighting was inadequate for putting on makeup.

“This hotel offers excellent customer service, immaculate rooms and lobby, and a wonderful location just outside of Downtown Nashville. This compares favorably to other highly-rated hotels I have stayed at in the Vanderbilt area. I was impressed at how nice everyone on the staff was towards me and my family.”

• We enjoyed the nice room suite.
• Location was hard to find and parking near doors was tough.

“We enjoyed our stay, it was a bit of a trip to Downtown and Operyland, which was what we came down for. But the price and quality helped make up for the drive.”

• I liked having a sitting room, a kitchen and a TV in the bedroom and sitting room.
• I didn't like the spider under my daughter's pillow, nor the tombstone directly outside the window.

“The Hilton Suites were clean, attractive and comfortable. I would be very glad for family members to stay there when they come to town to visit me.”

• Spacious rooms.
• Not a dislike, but a suggestion. This hotel needs flat screen TVs.

• The rooms (at least my room) were very nice.
• The common areas are a bit dated. The atrium looks out dated.

• The bed was very comfortable.
• The hotel was far away from Nashville and the Opryland area.

• The rooms were very spacious. The rooms were decorated very modern and were very nice.
• We arrived late at night and there was only one employee working, although he was very helpful.

“The hotel is very convenient to the highway and close to downtown 10min away. The rooms were very impressive in size and decorations. The staff was limited late at night, but very helpful and accommodating.”

• The hotel has a lovely decor. I like the spacious bathroom and closet.
• I did not like the pillows. They were not firm enough.

• Fabulous decor and layout. Good location, having a suite was awesome especially with fridge & microwave.
• Would have preferred outdoor pool, parking was a slight issue.

“Would definitely go again and recommend to family/friends. Decor and service were impeccable and stay was very enjoyable. Wish we could have stayed longer.”

• The room we had exceeded our expectations.
• The florescent eco-friendly lighting in the reading areas was not strong enough. Need to go one bulb size higher.

“The closeness of the nearby restaurants and shops was a plus and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel staff and the cleanliness were great. We will be back when we stay in Nashville.”

“This place was mainly rented out by transient workers by the week and was very unclean. There were men sitting out in the parking lot getting drunk. I didn't feel safe.”

• Comfortable place to relax and get away.
• Maid service came at bad time: 4 pm one day and 9 am another.

“The overall hotel was beautiful. Great staff, wonderful rooms. Large suites. The only downside was the cleaning staff came at 4pm after our first night and then at 9 am on the morning we were to leave. Check out wasn't until 12 pm. It was a little annoying.”

• Large, clean, well furnished rooms!
• Parking was sort of limited, as I arrived in the middle of a down pour.

“Overall excellent! From the time I arrived at the desk, to the time I went back up to my room, every employee was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are great, I even took pictures of it! Highly recommended!”

• I loved the very spacious suite with large bathroom. The bed was very clean and like sleeping on a cloud.
• My five year old fell in the lobby on the steps, hit his head quite hard. He was upset and crying and no one came to ck to see if we needed anything.

“This is a wonderful hotel and the location is very quiet and peaceful. I felt very safe being a single parent with a special needs child.”

• Hotel room was nice size, clean. Friendly staff.
• The room decor was dark. That really is the only thing.

“Convenient location and easy to access from I65. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was wonderful! The lobby was warm and inviting. We traveled with another couple, and after returning from a night out we sat in the sitting area in the lobby and talked for awhile. The area was away from the main lobby and felt friendly and intimate. We would definitely stay at the Hilton Suites in Brentwood, TN again.”
