• Convenient, clean, family friendly, and the pool was great!
• Bare-footed guest being served breakfast.The Health Dept will shut them down!

• I love the fact that Ruth's Chris is there although I didn't get to eat there while I was in Birmingham.
• 1. Burned out light bulb over vanity, 2. toilet ran all night, 3. insufficient supplies for making coffee.

“Upon check-in, I was given the key to a room that was already occupied and had to go back downstairs for another room assignment. It was late and the room service stops at 11:00 P.M. I would have had a better stay if the hotel had 24 hour room service. Also, they sell food for microwaves but my suite didn't have one.”

• Great staff.
• No wireless internet.

“The lack of wireless internet is a complete turn off for me. You can access the web through the TV but this does not allow you to use your own computer, shortcuts, or web applications.”

• Very convenient to b'ham convention center.
• Parking.

“Very clean, friendly staff, very good morning breakfast selection. I was attending a conference at the convention center and this hotel was only a 5 min. Drive to convention center and had easy interstate access.”
