• The hotel was conveniently located right off a major interstate and near a big shopping mall.
• No restaurant on premises.

“Our first room was not vacuumed recently, we asked to move second room the shower was broke nobody to fix it, asked to move second day, third room the thermostat did not work nobody to fix it, asked to move to a fourth room. Was no two star hotel!”

• Very cheap, kitchen with stove, microwave, silverware, plates, pots/pans and full size fridge and freezer.
• A bug in the tub, dusty tub.

“Great hotel for a business trip or for a couple looking for a simple hotel while staying near Nashville, TN. The fridge and microwave was great for keeping leftovers from restaurants and even some cereal and milk for the morning.”

• Manager rude. Cob webs in ceiling corners. Smelled moldy. No hairdryer. Uncomfortable beds.

“Bad experience. Manager was rude. When I told her that I had never been charged extra when I asked for 2 bedrooms. Room smelled bad. Trash can outside door was spilling over for over 24 hours. No hairdryer in a hotel that is supposed to be like home.”

• Good location.
• Noisy  Smokey  dirty.

“The Homestead Suites staff greeted me and my traveling party courteously. Check-in was smooth. However, others that stayed at the same hotel spoke of a obvious disdain towards some guests from the hotel staff. I have stayed at this hotel three years in a row. Last year I did experience difficulties with secure reservations, an attitude, and smoke filled "non-smoking" rooms.”

• I loved that it had a kitchenette where I could prepare meals.
• The bed was just a bit uncomfortable.

“Considering the nature of my business trip and that I was only in the room for sleeping and breakfast, it was a comfortable space that provided me with all the comforts of home. I would certainly stay here again.”

• The beds in the second room, which seemed to be newer.
• Argumentative manager.

“The outside is attractive and quaint. The inside was basic and low grade, to the point of appearing run down. The weekend night help couldn't give me directions and we took several wrong turns trying to bump into it at 1 in the morning. The first room we were in (318) had a double bed, which they argued repeatedly was a queen because they put queen sheets on it. When I pointed out that the queen sheets hang 9 inches off the side of the bed, had to be tucked in, and don't really fit a full sized bed, they were nonplussed and continued to argue. When I asked for the manager's name and said I planned to complain, they finally moved us. The rooms looked poorly constructed and this was most apparent in the bathrooms, where people like to feel assured that they are in a clean environment. I was just there for a night, but I probably wouldn't stay again. The beds in the room we were moved to, however, were very comfortable.”

• It met my price for 1 night stay. This hotel is set up more for people who are extended stay and has everything you need to cook your own meals.
• Some mold in the shower.

“I will stay here again. For the price it was just what I was looking for. No thrills.”

• The complementary coffee left in the rooms is terrible. I had to towel up the water from the shower that ran under the tub that ran into the floor.

“I had stayed at this location one other time the room was nice with a queen bed and couch. I was disappointed this visit. The room had a regular bed and did not have a couch. The TV had limited channels and did not include the local channels. This motel does not provide a continental breakfast. Why is the in-room complementary coffee so awful? I don't think I will be going back.”

• Convenient to lots of shopping, dining and entertainment choices.
• Beds are not comfortable and some staff members are a little unfriendly.

“For the price I paid you can't beat this hotel. Most of the staff is very friendly and accommodating, but certain staff members detract from this. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who aren't looking to stay at the Hilton, but still want a few amenities.”
