• Nothing.
• It was dirty and run down.

“The room was outdated, and the bathroom was dirty and the shower head was out from the wall with a hole exposed. Exterior rooms, Poor lighting, The pool was green, The exterior of the hotel was run down. I did not feel safe or comfortable at this hotel.”

• Wireless internet was not working in my room, and front desk could not provide bath towels when needed.

“The rooms smelled funny and they weren't the cleanest and nicest rooms. Again the internet only worked in certain rooms which I was told after I checked in and settled in! My main concern was that I wasn't able to get clean towels from the front desk to take a shower, so I left this hotel and went to another just so I could shower. Not happy at any cost.”

“Great staff. Good hotel to sleep in that is close to interstate. We stayed there on an Alabama game weekend. It was only about 45 minutes from Tuscaloosa and since we were driving North to Nashville the next morning, it was very convenient.”

• Something was biting me all night. Shower was dirty.

“The hotel was very unclean. The overall room was not clean. The shower was dirty, the soap dish had thick soap scum in it. Something bit me all night. This was quite a miserable stay.”

• Breakfast was great. Room clean.
• Air conditioner was a little loud.

“This was a great choice and I'm glad that we went with it. It was clean, comfortable, and everything worked in the room. The staff was friendly and there were no problems during our stay. We ate breakfast there as a family twice and each morning it was clean and they had plenty of food.”

• Cleanliness was not a top priority.

“We got to the hotel and the room was uncomfortable. The room was not vacuumed and the air was not turned on so the room was very hot when we got into it.”

• Good location/clean and nice place.
• Compared to the price of a 2 star in Atlanta and 2 star in Birmingham is totally different. Birmingham not a two star.

• Free breakfast.
• Old hotel with a new coat of paint and the oldness showing through the paint.

“The room was so damp and humid the carpet had moisture in it and the management had furnished the room with a dehumidifier. When we arrived at the room at 8:30 pm the dehumidifier was off and the air conditioning was off. The climate in the room was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. For a 2.5 star rating this hotel should be a one star rating.”

“Hotel is old and run down. Lobby has such a bad odor continental breakfast is out of the question. Bathroom tiles were broken, room had bugs.”

• Internet wireless access in the room.
• The urine smell in the room, mold and dirt everywhere, stains in toilet commode.

“Very disappointed in the room. Too expensive for the quality it offered. The room and bed smelled of urine. There was so much dirt on the floor that my son's sole was black within 10 minutes. The toilet commode had so much stain that it looked like it was dirty.”

“After reading the user reviews, we thought we'd made a mistake. Once we arrived, our fears were dismissed. The rooms were OK, the breakfast was as good as you want, and the staff were great.”

• Clean but less than average condition, rips in furniture.

• Third floor is quiet and the back of the hotel is very shady.
• No Internet service, beds hard, A/C not working right.

“Great location, on Montgomery Hwy (31) easy access off I-65...plenty of eating joints around the area. Breakfast was very good, eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room could be updated, and a little cleaner. Beds were hard and the A/C didn't cool the room enough to keep you from sweating at night. Nice quiet location for a pool.”

• The evening receptions guessed our name when we walked in the door.
• The floor of the room had dirt and food debris. No one had inspected the cleaning.

“Other than the DIRTY floor in the room in was about what I would expect from Baymount. Lower price and lower quality.”
