• No ice/vending machines in our building.

• I like the fact that the hotel room has a kitchen area.
• They did not replace the small towels, but I really think she forgot to come back.

• The front desk employee was extremely helpful to recommend a restaurant and was very nice.
• The hotel was a little run down and needed some improvements.

• The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Internet service went down. Had to go next door to another hotel to use internet.

• The hotel rooms were very nice and clean.
• It was too many of the residents standing around outside.

“The hotel was very nice and clean on the inside. The outside, however, had dozens of residents just standing around talking to each other and then shouting out a word or two in our direction as we were passing by. This was the worst part of the stay.”

• Not enough cribs.

“It was a really nice hotel. More like little condos. Updated and clean. The kitchenette was surprisingly large and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
