• Very clean, accomodating, friendly and a great value for the level of excellence.
• Parking was a little crowded.

“My overall experience was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and in clean. I have stayed at resorts that was more than twice the money that didn't offer a room of this caliber.”

• The decor was fabulous! Very elegant. Looked just like the online pictures.
• The fresh fruit at the breakfast bar was not very fresh tasting.

• I loved everything! The best hotel my husband or I have ever stayed in. Beautiful.

“My husband and I loved the Hotel! My 17 month old loved it too.. he had a blast. We couldn't have been happier. Although there was a little hiccup when the hotel charged me when we checked out after we payed through Priceline. But it was easily solved and they were apologetic and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!”

• Recently renovated so everything was still nice and new.
• The parking lot smelled like manuer.

“Hotel was freshly renovated. I actually stayed at the same spot before it became The Hyatt Place and it was much improved. Rooms are large and comfortable.”

• Lots of usable space in the room - not just beds!
• Windows did not open - got a little clammy in the room.

“A clean, updated hotel that's more about being usable than fancy. The rooms give you a living space and kitchenette for during the day or room for kids to play and the bathroom area is open for more than one person to use at once. Breakfast was sufficient and the lobby space had lots of private areas to meet with visitors. Also appreciated the business center with internet access as we didn't have a wireless-enabled computer with us.”

• My 18 year old son described it as a, palace. We stayed twice.

“Large rooms, well furnished, pull out couch comfortable, staff very friendly. My son was astounded by the huge TV and large living area. We will definitely keep this hotel on our list should we travel through this area again.”

• Very, very nice, large, clean room, with all the extras.
• Small snack bar (no restaurant) was disappointing.

“Very nice suite style room. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Desk and workspace area would be great for business traveler. Also had a mini fridge and bar area. Simple, but good breakfast included. There was no restaurant in the hotel, only a snack bar. However, it was near several very nice restaurants.”

• I really liked the large flat screen TV and comfortable beds and pillows.
• The breakfast was awful. There was only bagels, toast, and a little fruit.

“This hotel is great if you want to be close to Coolsprings/Galleria area. My mother and I went to shop so the location was great! The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. We both got a great nights sleep. There was a large flat screen TV which we really enjoyed. The only negative was the breakfast, it was the worst breakfast! There was only toast, bagels, a little fruit or ceral. Very disappointed!”

• I wish that it had an indoor pool or spa to relax after the drive.
