• Absolutely nothing!
• Staff, not clean, pool not open, neighborhood, everything.

“Gross! I have never stayed at a place that was so discussing in my life. The windows were screwed shut, the place was filthy, and the staff was horrible and wouldn't help at all. They only provided two towels and never refilled anything in the three days we were here. The bed spread was gross, the area was discussing, and the pool wasn't open when told it would be. Just gross. Don't stay there, even if someone pays you. I should've realized how gross this hotel was when I saw the sign "no refunds" in the lobby. Hello, should've realized then how horrible the place must be.”

• Easy to get to from the interstate, that's the only positive thing I can say.
• Everything. Dangerous neighborhood, disgusting rooms, gross breakfast.

“I was attending a concert downtown and was looking for a place to stay the night so I wouldn't have to drive home that night and I found this place. It looked ok from the pictures and sounded decent so I got a room. Well, please don't make this mistake! I have stayed at many hotels on business and this was awful. First, while we were checking in, the police raided a room and arrested numerous people and had them sitting out on the sidewalk as they searched the room. Then we got in the room and all I can say is that it was gross. The trash can was overflowing with garbage from the last tenant. The TV guide had Nasty fungus growing on it and the remote didn't work. The tub was disgusting also. Well, we didn't have much choice and figured we could make it one night. The area around the hotel is teaming with gangs and I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Well, the next morning we got up and I got in the shower and noticed the white towel had black hairs all on it. I got another towel and it, too, had black hairs on it! That's sick! And these were not all head hair! I used a clean shirt to dry off with. We checked out and went over to look at the breakfast bar. It was nothing like the picture! It looked horrible. We turned around and got the hell out of that place and I must say I have never been so happy to leave a place in my life.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty, Terrible location, Not Safe.

“ This motel was not in the area I asked for, it was dirty, smelly and there was a gereral feeling of being unsafe. The woman in front of me, at check in, asked if she would be safe going to her room. The staff and service was terrible. This property should be removed from your service. I am very disappointed.”

• Located at I-20.
• Dirty room. Clerk had bad attitude and no service attitude.

“Took 20 minutes to check in with only two ahead of me. Clerk had bad attitude and threw papers around and seemed angry. She did not appreciate us staying there and gave us a dirty room. I never spoke to her except to tell her I had reservations. Room was dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty and bathtub had cigarette burns on it.”

• I liked the fact that I did not stay in this hotel.
• The giant roaches.

“I checked in to this hotel and about an hour later, a 2 inch roach crawled out from behind the television. There was a large pile of charcoal behind the television as well. The staff at the hotel could not believe that I was complaining about 1 bug. They said "you're in the south, we have bugs." They were very aware that they had bug problems and charcoal was their solution. I quickly found another hotel to stay in and would have been glad to pay anything to have a roach free room. The hotel was disgusting and the staff was terrible.”

• Convenient to the convention center.
• Sheets and towels were not clean.

“Hotel was easy to find. It was also easy to get back on the interstate without a lot of traffic.”

• Location was very close to downtown.
• Not the best area of town, didn't always feel safe.

“If you're looking for a middle of the road hotel with a nice lobby and clean rooms, this is the place for you. Location is near downtown, so don't expect luxury surroundings or great restaurants nearby. You'll get what you pay for here.”

• There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel.
• I did not like the service or the cleanliness of the hotel. I did not even stay in the hotel. I had to get another room. I was so embarrassed.

“I will never stay at this hotel again. I requested a double, and when I checked in, they did not have one. It was absolutely disgusting, and there were crack heads everywhere. I travel for a living and this is one of the worst places I have ever seen.”
