• The bathroom was small and there were stains on the bathtub.

“I did not like this hotel. I would not want to stay there again. The bathroom was small and the so was the room.”

“The hotel was shitty the walls were stained yellow. The swimming pool was so cold neither my wife or I will ever stay there again.”

• It was close to Culver's Restaurant.
• Smell of smoke in the non-smoking room. Cigarette burn marks on the tub.

“We were disappointed with this motel. The towel rack was coming off the wall, and one of the ice machines was out of order. I think this Comfort Inn needs some attention from corporate.”

• Close to our destination.
• Nearly everything.

“Our stay at your Ann Arbor Comfort Inn on Carpenter Rd. was the worst possible I have ever experienced. Our Pom team got there and five of the team were given a room meant for only 2, then the room they were put into was freezing. When my older son and the rest of us got there we were taken care of promptly, but one of the rooms was so hot it was nearly unbearable and the other room which I was in with my granddaughter was no more than 45 degrees all night. I let the front desk know this at around 3:30 a.m. and all they could offer was for me to wake up the munchkin and repack for another room or give me a space heater. I feel the room should have been warm to begin with and there would not have been any problems. I took an extra blanket for her and so spent the rest of the night freezing. The next day after getting back from the Pom competition not only did we discover dog poop on the landing, but I discovered that my room had been gone through and cleaned before I even had the chance to check out. So hopefully I had remembered everything earlier. The lady on duty that morning was very rude even obnoxious. I can tell you this, I will probably never ever attempt another visit to your hotel again. Hopefully you will take better care of your future patrons. ”

“The pool was disgustingly filthy, the air conditioning in the main hotel was broken, therefore it was very hot at breakfast and other times, they never had extra pillows the two nights we stayed, it was not worth the money we paid for the hotel.”

• The marina was pretty.
• Construction, no pool, no place to sit outside.

“Hotel is undergoing major constuction and should not be giving out rooms that are under construction. Dirty, noisy, definitely not what we usually get from a 4 star hotel.”

• When using the pool - there were no other guests.
• Untruthful front desk worker, Josh.

“This hotel had a few problems. The breakfast foods were not replenished. There were not enough seats for the guests eating breakfast. The pool was down during part of our visit. While trying to change our bed type, Josh told us there were no rooms available, then the next day he said there were rooms available but had to talk to his manager. Josh told me one story about room availability and my husband another story. After 2 days I finally talked to the manager and was told he would change it this time at no cost, but next time there would be an additional charge.”
