• Front desk staff was very helpful at checkout.
• Pool was green & gross.

“Our room was clean. We had requested a room on floor level next to the pool, which we received. Pool was green & gross which was upsetting to my young children, but overall stay was acceptable. There was a problem at checkout, but the employee went above and beyond to fix the situation. He was very nice and helpful.”

• Close to our final destination.
• Upstairs room; breakfast poor quality.

“Unfortunately, we arrived late, but I did call in advance. The room we asked for was not available (2 queen beds - first floor). We were given a second floor room with a medically needed child that required special equipment that had to be carried up two sets of stairs. The room was cold initially, but we were able to warm it in short order. The sink backed up with water. We had to go to the front desk at a late hour and ask them to send someone. He arrived with Drano and was able to alleviate the problem.”
