• Good location, lots of restaurants nearby.
• Filthy toilet, sewage plant next door gags you every time you go outside the hotel.

“The girl at the front desk was really helpful, but the manager just sat there and looked at us like we were bothering her. The pool was tiny and there is a sewer plant right beside the hotel which gags you while you're at the pool or even walking to your car. The phone in our room didn't work to even call the front desk. We wondered if the rest of our room had really been cleaned if the toilet hadn't been. The really sad part is that the girl up front told us that the manager's close friend had cleaned our room. It should have been immaculate if the manager's friend cleaned it.”

• Friendly staff and clean rooms.
• Breakfast area was too small and not enough food for the number of people.

“We were visiting Holiday World and stayed here. The drive from HW was long but normal in comparison to other accommodations. The staff was great with directions and rooms very clean.”
