• Great spot for children because of recreation opps in hotel.
• Under maintained, uncleanly, somewhat unsafe.

“We were not expecting luxury experience, but always expect cleanliness. Carpeting in our room was so filthy it visibly soiled light color socks. Vents of heat/AC were grimy, obstructed by hair and dust. Hot tub out in Dome area desperately needed cleaning. The paint on the deck surrounding it was peeling, and stuck to my feet when I got out.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The room and bathroom were a little dingy and older looking.

“Overall we had a good experience with the hotel. It was clean enough, although not new. We stayed on the executive level which gave us access to complimentary appetizers in the evening. The food was really good and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is also convenient to Point Mallard Park. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

• The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was very convenient.
• The carpet in the guest room was dingy and in need of replacement. The overall feeling of the room was very outdated.

“It was average for a hotel at this rating. I have stayed at many other hotels comparable in ratings but much better quality for the price. I wouldn't book a reservation on my own for this specific hotel.”
