• Adequate breakfast bar and pleasant lobby staff.
• Inadequate drainage the place flooded very quickly.

“Great for a quick overnight stay. Room very clean, but cold.”

• Nothing.
• Elevator smelled like vomit, maids did not change sheets.

“If you like elevators that smell like vomit, crack dealers in the parking lot, and no maid service, this is the place for you. It is run down and old and you do not feel safe the whole time you are there. The rooms are cramped and the fixtures are old and in poor condition.”

• The outside looked very nice.
• The room needed upgrading in the worst way.

“The outside was nice but the room was awful. I was moved to another room that was ok but I won't stay there again.”

• Rooms appear to be very clean. Beds were comfortable.
• Hallways on first floor made hotel appear old and worn.

“Front desk staff was very nice at check in. Shower could have used updating along with first floor hallway. Had ok breakfast. Over all stay was nice. Would recommend for family on budget.”

• The staff was wonderful.
• The hotel is in need of repair.

“The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. The hallways and walls of this building were awful. The room was a lot smaller than I even imagined. I was supposed to had 2 queen size beds and I actually had 2 full size instead. The pool was nice, but did not provide the towels like they were supposed to and the lawn chairs/patio furniture needed upgrading. I had to walk through the pool area and over to another building to get ice, because the ice machine right in front of my room was constantly out of ice. The hotel is on a main road, and is very hard merge into traffic.”

• The price! The staff was pretty nice.
• It was not very romantic.

“It was cheap and it was close to the beach so I would recommend it to couples who are running low on money but need a get away.”

• The location was good. The pool was nice and it was clean.

“In my opinion the staff was right on we had not been to Pensacola before and they were able to give several locations on where to eat, hang out and also gave us several local functions that were going on in the area while we were there.”

• The day staff was great! Very friendly people!
• Curtain over balcony window did not block street light.

“It's about a 2 star hotel the people were very nice. The rooms were clean bed a little hard but over all a nice place to stay.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped giving me directions.
• The location is near a very busy road. It can be difficult to navigate.

“The hotel was extremely inexpensive. The staff was great. They took time to assist me when needed. The room was comfortable. The breakfast provided was nice- especially for the price of the room. The hotel is near a busy highway. Getting on during the day can be a challenge. However, the rooms where well insulated and noise from the traffic was no problem.”
