• It was dirty and the plumbing was in repair.

“As a retired military public health inspector I would not have given this hotel a passing rating for my troops to use. Repairs and maintenance of this facility has been neglected and over looked and the house keeping standards are far to low. Example ; the sheets on the bed were torn, dust on all of the furniture, there was dog hair all the carpet and couch, the bath tub was dirty along with the floor and the toilet did not flush properly even after maintenance looked at it. Plus the security devices on the door were in repair.”

“The hotel was good other than the hard and uncomfortable bed, but that is what you get when you select a cheap hotel.”

• A place to sleep.
• Leftovers on the floor from the last person that stayed there.

“The hotel was not what I expected of a Ramada. It is not that I did not want to stay because it was so bad, but that it was not the quality that I expected from such a respected name.”

• Convenience to restaurants, major highway and mall area. Good price.

• Location is very good. Close to mall and places to eat.
• Not quite as nice as a Holiday Inn or Quality Inn

“Good, basic, clean rooms. Some rooms have microwave and refrigerator, some have one or the other, some have none. It has a heart shaped pool that looks nice. The hotel provides a continental breakfast. The breakfast was fine one day and poorly stocked the next. Close to all areas of Clarksville. I would stay there again for the price.”
