• Able to get in during a festival weekend without the minimum stay other hotels wanted.
• Could use some updating.

“Chose the hotel for location and time frame we were under. Definitely needs some updates. Paint peeling above the shower, heat was a bit hard to regulate, bedding didn't seem to fit the beds well. The night clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, the clerk who I spoke to to check out definitely was not.”

• I did not get sick.
• Dirty.

“First double and may be triple check your reservation we had a confirmation # and they did not have our room right. After check in with our confirmation number on the sheet she told me I did not have a reservation and argued with me at the front desk! It got even worse after that I did not feel comfortable staying there. Housekeeping, Duvet severely stained, 2 of the 4 pillow cases were stained. Lamps and corners filthy. DO NOT use the air conditioning, when you pulled out the filter it was so packed with dirt/dust you could not get it back in (the outside was discolored and dirty so we checked the filter element). Pool was cloudy with an underwater light fixture hanging loose in the water.”

• The staff was very helpful to try to accommodate us.
• It was very untidy and lots of broken things.

“It was okay. I still think a hotel should look a little better than what this one did. Lights were burned out in the pool area, broken chairs were in the pool area. the rooms were not very clean and several lights in the room did not work, nor did the toilets in the first room we had. Non smoking room smelled very badly of smoke.
Would not be an option for us again.”

• The price.
• Hard to get to from the north. More of our activities were from the north and we found it inconvenient to get back to the hotel at night.
