• The staff is always friendly and always helpful.
• The fruit for breakfast needed help.

• Clean, very nice staff.
• Tub has a really loud squeak when you walk on it floor is not supported well.

• Clean, friendly and comfortable beds.
• Since I didn't have a computer the staff was unable to assist me in finding a business & a waitress in a restaurant went out of her way to help me.

“It would help in the future if the staff had a computer to look up something for the guests who don't have one of their own with them.”

• Continental breakfast.
• Bed making, blankets, etc.

• Cleaning staff was excellent.
• Too far from restaurants.

“A clean hotel, but for the price I would expect a few more amenities. They were stingy with the in room coffee (1 coffee & 1 sugar/creamer for 4 cups). The pool was small, but very clean. Had room for a spa, but did not have one.”

• The room size and amenities were fine.
• Staff was less than friendly.

“Typical Comfort Inn, in that the amenities were adequate but nothing was special. The morning coffee was good.”

• Comfortable, reasonably price, close to attractions, easy to reach.
• Does not have a table and chairs for eating in room.

“We have stayed in this motel previously. In fact, the innkeeper remembered us from last year. I like that kind of personal touch. We'll stay in this motel again.”

• The location was perfect next to a Walgreen drugstore.
• Burned out bulb, empty toilet paper roll in bathroom. Room did not smell clean. No cup for coffee on first night in room.

“I was there for a funeral and later found out I should have gotten a bereavement discount which I did not receive. I had told the clerk I was there for a funeral but I received no such discount as other relatives did at other hotels.”

• Convenient location
• Ants in the room. A lot of ants in the room. in several locations

“I had to change rooms because of a large number if ants in the room. The second room still had a few insects (beetles) in the bath tub. The rooms did appear clean although.”

• Jacuzzi in the room and having refrigerator in room.
• Price was more than I wanted to pay for small town.

“The hotel was very nice. Comfortable spacious suite with king bed, no smoking, Jacuzzi tub in the room as well as microwave and refrigerator. However, for a town of only 9400 people, I thought the price was a bit high for 1 night.”
