• Comfy beds and linens!
• Hot tub was not hot.
  Water was very cool.

“It was a very nice hotel and easy to access, however one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a pool (for the kids), but when I checked in it was "closed for maintenance" and we couldn't use it! Very disappointing!”

• The breakfast in the morning.
• Hard time connecting to the internet had to call everyday.

• The young lady working. Gave great directions. Seemed glad for my call, and eager to help! Super friendly.
• Depth of the indoor pool.

“I was very impressed. The hospitality there is a success story or maybe just a great example of screening your employees the right way! I only met 1 staff of the hotel and she was a great "face" for the hotel. I am unfamiliar with the area, and called several times. I never once was embarrassed on having to call 2-3 times for directions. Then, when I arrived at the hotel, I find that I am the "special guest" of the day! There are even treats for me after my long drive! I will have to travel to Terre Haute routinely for work; I think we all know where I am staying!”
