• In-room coffee only because coffee pack is factory sealed and water is boiled.
• Just about everything.

“Dirty carpet throughout, smelly hallways, only one sheet on bed, partly used shampoo bottle, stains in toilet, dirty grout, lousy reception on antique TV, filthy windows, one elevator out of order and no inspection certificate on the other dirty, smelly, scary elevator, loud rude group on first floor, but no reason to tell front desk because she won't answer the phone if on personal phone call, torn dirty wallpaper, slimy bathroom floors, reversed hot/cold on faucet, would not place my dog in a kennel this dirty. Location stinks because this hotel is in the neighborhood.”

• Convenient for some travelers needs.
• The quality of the facility leaves a lot to be desired.

“I have stayed at this motel some years back it was a 10 all the way but now it leaves a lot to be desired. they are try to renovate it and maybe some day it will meet your high standards as for now thumb down.”

• Horrible Experience.
• Dirty conditions, damp carpets, my room was given away before my arrival.

“This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room smelled of mold and mildew. I believe it had recently been flooded. The toilet did not work. I arrived behind schedule and my original room had been given to some one else. The advertised wireless Internet did not work. The wood on the bed frame was rotting and the mattresses were terrible. The hotel should be demolished.”
