• It was close to Fort Campbell.
• Charged me extra $20 for a bed and was rude.

“I would not stay there again except it is one of the hotels close to Fort Campbell where my son is stationed so if I have to then I will. Its not too clean and the evening staff is very rude. Couldn't close the bathroom door due to toilet in the way. Gave me smoking room and it smelled bad.”

• Parking at times was crowded,ex. vehicles with trailers.

• Nothing.
• Doors opening to the outside.

“There were several other hotels at this exit. All were cleaner looking from the road, Better eye appeal. This hotel was catering to several day labor folks and construction workers. They stay up late at night and several beer bottles outside on the walkway around the hotel.”

• Highway Noise.

“The staff was friendly, check in was breeze but the highway traffic and air traffic from Fort Campbell was loud.”

• Heating and AC worked well, good basic comforts.
• Bed and mattress were terrible.

“Good basic motel, no frills but, clean and fairly comfortable, able to get a good nights rest.”

• Poor house keeping. Dirty sheets and blankets. We went to front desk and asked for clean sheets & blankets.

• Proximity to Ft. Campbell.
• The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired!

“The Days Inn Ft. Campbell is conveniently located close to Clarksville, TN and Hopkinsville, KY. The room was clean and maintained daily by the staff. The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired but McDonalds is directly across the street and a nice convenience store is right next door. I would stay here again without hesitation!”

• Convenient.
• Did not have two double beds as supposed to.

“This hotel did not have two double beds in the room like it was supposed to have and my two children had to sleep on the floor. They did not have a roll-away bed, either. The hotels that I booked were not as expected. Neither of them had two double beds to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children as expressed when I booked them. They also did not have cribs for our 1 year old to sleep in.”

• It was cheap.
• It was not clean.

“Very generic and lots of workers seemed to stay there by the week. The staff did not speak to us at all except to tell us which room we were in. Not friendly at all.”

• Can't think of a thing of something nice.
• The dirty toilet seat, the smoking room, the unprofessional staff.

“I was very disappointed in my stay at this property. I could not believe the lack of consideration and hospitality this property has to its customers. When I checked out the bathroom and flipped down the toilet seat, there was pubic hair and dried urine on the toilet seat, and the inside toilet bowl still had fecal material caked on the bottom of the bowl. I called the front desk about 10:40pm to voice my concerns and I was thoroughly "shocked" about the response I received from the lady at the front desk. She said house keeping would be in the morning, and she could not leave the front desk, and she had customer. She recommended calling back in 20 minutes and "maybe" the night manager could help. So, I did wait the 20 minutes she spoke of, and I presented my concerns about the toilet to night manager, and again I heard housekeeping would be in the morning, and told me he could not leave the front desk because he was by himself, and that is when I had to be stern about the toilet because I was not going to use it and what does he recommend I do, and that is when I finally heard what I needed to hear, he would be up to my room to clean it. The next morning housekeeping came to my door, and I had just awakened up due to the time change, and asked if they could come back in about a couple of hours. Actually, it was an hour and half when I was ready to have housekeeping to come. So when I left to go pick up my cousin, I went to the front desk to inform them the room was ready to be cleaned. And then I was informed, if they skip my room for any reason it would not be cleaned and that is when I had to insist this room gets cleaned due to what I found on the toilet the night before and when I returned to my room that evening it was done.”
