• Can't think of anything.
• Upkeep of room was appalling: two ants, toilet flooded, linens were soiled, candy in back.

“This is one of the apparently more expensive hotels in Evansville, Indiana, but the upkeep of my room was appalling: soiled linens, candy under the bed, insects on my pillow, upon my arrival. On top of this, the front desk took 20 minutes to come upstairs after I told them that the toilet had flooded.”

• Pool was outdoors, but we knew that.

• The hotel staff was friendly, and very helpful when asked for extra items for our room.
• Not being understood by the housecleaning staff.

“For the price this was a good hotel, staff was friendly and very helpful, I would recommend it to anyone I know.”

• Breakfast was very nice. Did not spend much time in room.
• Everything was okay.

“This is a very nice hotel, newly renovated and done very nicely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The coffee machines and full breakfast were something we like as we always have to go out for coffee in the evening. Everything was clean and just about everything you need was in the room. We were impressed at what we got for the money.”

• Outside of windows dirty from air conditioner.

“Clean and comfortable and wireless internet was nice. Outside of windows dirty from air conditioner condensation. So if you do not look out windows it was very good.”

• Good location for shopping and restaurants.
• The continental breakfast was sub-par.

“Good location for a visit to my daughter studying at U of E. 10 minutes to the school and less than 5 minutes to 20+ restaurants and shopping centers. The continental breakfast was quite poor in selection and quality of the fare. I try to select hotels with a 'free' breakfast trying to lower the overall cost of the trip and this was disappointing.”

• Not truly setup for the business traveler, work area, small desk.

“Good hotel I would stay there again. As a business traveler I need more work space. Phone lines that are easily accessible. I don't like to rearrange the room to make it work for me. Also the hotel says you have me down for smoking room, I do not smoke.”

• It was a clean nice place to stay. Not fancy. Just nice.
• No in-door pool or spa.

“Nice clean place to stay. Has breakfast and dinner most of the week. Not a fancy place but a good value. More for a business traveler.”

• The location was great and the option of complimentary dinner was good.
• My bathroom was dirty upon arrival, my last night-bed wasn't made and no clean towels.

“Upon arrival, I was put in a room that was dirty. I didn't change rooms because I am very tall and needed a king size bed. There were no others available. The dinners were appreciated and I've never seen that before at a hotel. The price was affordable.”

• The location is very convenient to major roadways.
• The pillows are terrible.

“This hotel is just right for a solo traveler such as myself. There aren't many frills but the price is right. The hot morning breakfast certainly leaves something to be desired, but other restaurants are close. The rooms tend to be clean and quiet. You will want to bring a comfortable pillow of your own.”
