• Inexpensive.
• Stained carpeting and bathrooms.

“For the price, I was willing to overlook the fact that it could use some renovating. The carpet was stained, as was the bathroom counter. I was surprised at how quiet it was, since it was a Saturday night, I expected to hear noise from people coming and going at all hours as is typical of low priced hotels, but heard nothing and slept very well.”

• It is close to my son's apartment and breakfast was pretty good.
• Dirty and old.

“I will never stay in this hotel again. The people were friendly enough, but the common areas in the hotel were so hot. The air conditioner in our room ran on high and froze us out or had us sweating on low. There was no in between. The security door that you should have only been able to open with a key card would not lock. There was a hole 6-8 inches in diameter behind the door. The shower had not been cleaned as there was sludge in the bath tub behind the shower curtain. It was disgusting!”

• Conveniently located.
• Room was not clean and room amenities not all usable.

“The room was not clean and the service was not very helpful. There was trash under edge of bed and toilet ran a lot. Also the microwave was not usable where it sat because the cord would not reach an outlet. The management was not interested in fixing the problems. Second and last time staying here.”

• Absolutely nothing- It was filthy, disgusting.
• Filth, filth and more filth! should be closed down.

“It is rundown and filthy. Our beds weren't changed from the previous guests. Scary people were wandering the hallways. People who live in the hotel (?) were swimming in the pool in their street clothes and what looked to be prostitutes were there as well.”
