• It was close to my home and accommodated my needs.
• I do not like that they informed me that since I was a resident of the city I am not allowed to stay there again!

• Nice lobby, nice pool, phone call from desk.
• Not enough people at front desk.

“If you are looking for romance, go somewhere else. This hotel has an attractive lobby, a nice pool area, a solid continental breakfast and good rooms. It is nothing fabulous but it is clean, freshly painted and the rooms are nicely sized. This is a very nice 2 or 2.5 star-level hotel.”

• Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable.
• This is not a hotel for tall people, showers were very short.

• Always love when we get this hotel.
• Had to wait over 5 minutes for front desk staff AGAIN.

“This would be an even better hotel if there were more than one front desk staff members. Every time I have stayed here, I have had to wait for front desk staff to show up so I could check-in.”

• The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff was nice and thorough.
• The fact that desk staff was hard to find during the day.

“This hotel is well worth the price. It was clean, the rooms were spacious and the housekeeping staff was friendly. The housekeeping staff did their jobs well. I stayed three days and each day the room was freshened, straightened and replenished. The other staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was finding desk staff to help with issues during the day. They were often MIA and leaving signs saying they would be back in 5 minutes and it might be 20 or 25 before they showed up.”

“I was placed in a Jacuzzi room. The rooms are big and were clean. TV in good working order with decent channel selection. Pool is nice.”

• Liked the service we got.

“Hotel was dirty, in the room the furnishing were lets say in need of repair. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the TV. was really old and most of the channels wouldn't come in. It smelled not in a good way. I like to come into a room and smell fresh air maybe a dash of cleaning products. Um it juts smelled weird. The pools chemicals were way off! The whirlpool was so off the color was actually yellow. That gives you an idea. It was relatively quiet and close to where we wanted to go. The service was nice and helpful.”

• The hotel was very clean, had good amenities.
• Clean, nice pool, good service, price so low-I do not know how they can run it with this low of a price.

“This motel was a great value for the price. It is very clean, rooms were big, breakfast was more than I thought it would be (sausage gravy/biscuits, good coffee, French toast (really good), choice of three cereals, fresh fruit (banana, apple, orange), orange juice, milk, condiments-all good. Heated pool, right by an airport for those flying in you could walk to this place from Evansville Airport, carpet was old and somewhat dirty but not horrible by any means, staff was limited, but very polite, perfect for the price (more than I expected), and there are enough things for people to do, but not a whole lot, people were enjoying this place, and I would stay there again for the price!”

• For the price, it was functional and clean. Since also it's right next to the Sheriff's Command Post so I felt pretty safe.
• The room wasn't quite as clean as I would have liked it to be.

“The service was good the breakfast was not fancy but filling. The pool was clean and even though the spa was under going repairs it was done quickly and it was clean. The hotel is old though, and really needs remodeling. But with that said, if you're just looking for your basic no frills hotel, this is the place.”

“This hotel is right next to the airport which is convenient if you are flying in or out of town. It's only a few minutes drive into town, which isn't bad, but there are many more hotels in town. the rooms are very large which was nice. Overall I would say this is a good hotel for the basics.”

• Not much of an exercise room but at least they had one.

“Economical, large room with spacious bed, outstanding staff, great sausage gravy for breakfast along with many other choices. Very nice in-door swimming pool area. Very close to the airport but without the sounds of aircraft.”
