• Low ceilings heater did not function properly.

• Practically private pool while we were there. Desk employee very helpful in finding stuff to do on a rainy day.
• Train tracks right outside. A bit loud. Too much "foam" in the hot tub.

• Doors, which required a security card, did not open properly, needed repair.
