• Location
• They offer wifi yet it was barely functional. I called twice about it and it was not resolved.

“For a 2 star rating it was fine. There was a spider in my bathroom though and the internet service was worse then spotty. The worst is I called twice to get it fixed and they basically said there isn't anything that can be done. How's that for service????”

• The staff was very Kind and eager to assist in all my needs.
• I needed a microwave and my room did not have one.

“This is a great hotel for the working person on the go. The internet was very fast as well as the services of the staff. The swimming pool was great and relaxing.”

• Location to meeting.
• No hot water.

“This hotel would have been fine but I did not have hot water in my room. I had a business meeting scheduled for 8:00 am. Had no choice but to take a freezing shower. Not a good way to start off the day. Will not return to this hotel.”

• We were in town for an overnight stay and the hotel was an excellent place to rest after spending time with family.

“The hotel was very easy to locate. The rooms were in excellent condition. My wife enjoyed the layout of the room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was good.”

• The room was exceptionally clean.
• The room didn't have an iron.

“This room was an excellent value for the money. I would stay here over and over again. It was clean and very friendly for those traveling for business. It was also very quiet. I would stay here over and over again.”
