• Facilities, room view and location to beach.
• An elevator went out in my wing for a day and made it hard to get around.

• Everyone was extremely helpful and very friendly from the time we got out of the car.
• The beds were a little bit too firm for some of my group.

• Parking (not enough) and would like covered area.

• Everything was so convenient - food, beach, etc.
• There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

“This hotel is wonderful and I would highly recommend it to everyone. It is convenient to shopping, dining, etc. However, with the restaurants and shopping boutique at the hotel you actually would not have to go anywhere else during your stay. The beach is beautiful - very well maintained. Looking for a place to stay - go to period beach resort.”

• Great location, beautiful beach area, friendly staff, near spotless every day.
• TV¿s did not allow hook up for the kids play station.

“Very family oriented, great location to all the sights in that area, beach front is very convenient and kept clean, ocean front view makes for a beautiful wake up. Still doing some remodeling from "Ivan" but mostly unnoticeable. Great location if you're trying to avoid the chaos of more commercialized cities i.e. Panama city. Hotel staff and facilities were worth the price and upgrade.”

• The indoor pool rocks!
• The concierge was a bit snobby. Every time we asked her a question, she acted like it was the most stupid question on earth.

“Overall, this hotel is perfect for a family stay at the beach. We were there at Spring Break time and were happy to be free from beer-drinking' frat boys. The hotel building itself is beautiful and clean. The pool was nice and had an indoor portion that was heated and only 3 feet deep--perfect for small children. We'll be back!”
