• The view of the beach was nice but would have been nicer on a higher floor.

“The room was small. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The entrance door was hard to shut and lock. The sliding door was difficult to lock, shut, and open. The balcony was nice and the view of the ocean was too. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was great. The room needed paint, carpet and new bedding. The hotel staff was great.”

• Nothing, Not one thing.
• Lobby smelled of smoke.

“Not satisfied at all with the room; room was extremely small; balcony was very small as well; hot water did not get hot; and a hole was in the wall, made by previous occupants. I was not notified of the hole at check-in and discovered it upon entering the room. After contacting the front desk, I was told that the previous occupants damaged the wall. I was told there was not another room that could be assigned to me and that the Manager was not available on the premises. After insisting that they contact the Manager via telephone, I was told later that I could receive a 10% discount, but that was the extent of what could be offered. I accepted, not wanting to have to go through trying to locate another hotel.”

“Lobby was clean and neat. A person at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was awful. Dark, batteries for electronic key were mounted to the inside of the door with a wire. Air conditioner was so loud you could not hear the TV with cardboard from previous people in the grill trying to stop the noise. Air conditioner plugged into outlet via extension cord. Room patched obviously several times and poorly painted.”

• Staff very friendly and helpful, beautiful view.
• An Oceanside room but no microwave or fridge, a bit shabby for the price, AC limited.

“The view was spectacular from this Oceanside room. The paint job in our room wasn't up to par (wall paint on the ceiling and thin in places). Only 2 dresser drawers and one was broken. No microwave or refrigerator. No tub but a nice big shower stall. The staff (housekeeping and maintenance too) was very friendly and helpful. The main door was warped and didn't close properly (deadbolt was almost nonfunctional). The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The king-sized bed was relatively comfortable with lots of nice soft pillows. Typical coastal water table problems. The AC was limited. Although the room wasn't hot, the temp would never go below about 76 degrees.”

• The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. It rained most of the time and we still had a ball!
• The room was a bit small. No refrigerator or micro wave.

“There was still visible work in progress in their renovations. It was very stylish, comfortable and family friendly.”

• The view of the beach added to the experience.
• There was some needed repairs that could have been handled.

“It was nice but there a few repairs that could have been fixed no problem. The view was amazing and the staff was more than friendly! It was a good stay and we will do it again soon.”

• The hotel was situated on the beach.
• The rooms were the smallest I've found in the USA.

“The hotel was ok. The continental breakfast was cold cereal and bananas and rolls. If you arrived fifteen minutes after breakfast started, the food was gone. The staff didn't clean our room on the third day. We will not be returning.”

• Beautiful views of the beach. Great location.
• The hotel needed a few renovations i.e.. Bathrooms in the rooms.

“This hotel was a great place to stay. It was in the perfect location and was very family friendly. I would recommend this place to a friend.”

• Shower cracked with black mold, no chairs in room, only place to sit was bed which was loose from wall. Non smoking room full of burn marks.

“Other than location everything was terrible. Staff was very unfriendly and hateful to customers. Our room shower was cracked and had black mold, switched to room, not much better. Terrible experience. I have stayed at Sleep Inns before on business trips and was not even close to Sleep Inn standards.”

“The rooms were clean but not friendly. Light switches were not where they need to be. Ice machines were broke down. Breakfast was skimpy.”

• Located directly on the beach.
• Room too small to move in and no bathtub, shower only.

“The room was clean, however the furniture was a bit large for the room. Not enough space to comfortably move around in the room. Pool is on the beach, which is a plus.”

• Very small room and smoke was terrible.

“I would not stay here again. The room and bathroom was small and dirty. There was no bathtub and only a shower. It was very small and slippery. We asked for a mat so my elderly mother could take a shower and they refused. She fell and we spent the day in the emergency room which wasted a day of vacation.”

• Convenient to beach, friendly staff, good location.
• Beds too small, my room small, beds were kind of uncomfortable.

“This place was very nice, was in a nice location and we were very pleased with our service. We had three children with us on this trip, so we realize that the room was not going to be big enough for us and this is not the Sleep Inn's fault. I would recommend the Sleep Inn resort to any of my friends, if they are not traveling with children. This was a nice relaxing place to stay.”

“The location was ideal, right on the beach and on the main road, and the common areas were attractive and kept up, but our room was small and has many items that should have been replaced or repaired. Overall, not too bad of a place.”
