• Location and friendly staff.
• Room was not cleaned until evening on first day of stay.

“Pretty good, but watch out for
the extras in terms of cost. $50 per night for parking, 13 for internet, 22 breakfast buffet it really adds up.”

• Location, close to everything , have a refrigerator and a Microwave in the room, very convenience while traveling with little kids.
• The front door is not stroller friendly.

• I loved the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff.

“This is a wonderful hotel located downtown and close to major attractions. The Hilton was clean, fresh looking and staff was always ready and waiting to help. I completely enjoyed my stay at the the Hilton Suites Magnificent Mile.”

• The valet parking was made very easy by staff.
• The living room had a flat panel TV but the bedroom did not.

“The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. Our room was comfortable and the king suite was big enough for 2 adults and a teenager.”

• Convenient location & excellent rooms.
• Workers were on strike in front of the hotel!

“The hotel was very conveniently located next to downtown, shops, restaurants. The red line was only a few blocks away which made for cheap transportation to Wrigley Field. Although the hotel was conveniently located, we did drive right by it! The entrance is on a side road, almost an alley that we were not aware of until we drove by.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful and facilities were standard but overall a very nice hotel. The location was excellent. I especially liked the convenience of the swimming pool and having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I would definitely return to this hotel.”

• Great location, luxurious bedding, great views.

“Hotel is located in a bustling area of the city, great for experiencing city life. Room was nicely appointed with King size bed and separate sitting room with pull out sofa. Great view from our 26th floor room, including views of Lake Michigan.”

• Staff was extremely accomodating.

“The hotel was well located in downtown Chicago. We arrived about an hour before check-in, and the hotel allowed us to check-in early without any issues. Staff was very friendly and gave us many recommendations for nearby restaurants and nightclubs. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet. I would highly recommend staying at this establishment.”
