“My family enjoyed the hotel suite, it was just right for us as we had 6 people in our group. My kids loved the pool on the roof. We would definitely stay here again.”

• Cleanliness and housekeeping.

“Little housekeeping issues impacted our overall impression of the cleanliness and upkeep of this property, although hotel management quickly responded when brought to their attention. Hallways were not swept the entire time we were there. Housekeeping totally overlooked cleaning our room one day. Coffee packets in the room were not properly replenished. Little things all added up to impact our overall impression.”

“We thought that there was no bus service to Museum of Science and Industry, to find out later a stop was less than a block from hotel. $40 roundtrip vs. $12.”

• Staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Spa did not work properly on 2nd day.

“Parking was $49.00 per night. That was not the hotels fault and we would stay there anytime we are in Chicago. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.”

• The maintenance lady was very apologetic about the hotel and the staff. She worked on A/C diligently until it was fixed.
• Hotel front desk personnel was very rude. No A/C, kitchen, etc.

“Absolutely horrible experience. Worst hotel staff I have ever run across at the front desk. I was treated like a second class citizen and was told "too bad, that's all we can do. Take the room or leave it". I'm still dumbfounded.”

• Roominess of the seating area and bathroom.
• Poorly heated, strange layout.

“Overall, I thought the hotel was excellent for our stay. If this was a two-star hotel I never have a need to go any higher. The bed was very comfortable, although they could use a nicer TV in the bedroom. Great stay.”

“The hotel rooms were very clean. The bed in this hotel room was outstanding, very comfortable. The staff members were courteous and friendly. I will return to this hotel and highly recommend it to others.”

• Sitting room furniture is of an odd design.

• Uncomfortable pull out sofa for kids and expensive parking.

• Room was lovely! Beds so comfy! Modern decor! Great location! Mag Mile!
• Rather cruddy view from my particular room - Alley. But I was there to tour the city anyway.

“We totally enjoyed this hotel. 5 of us stayed in a suite with 2 full beds and a pull out couch. We were surprised that the decor was all really modern and clean. The bathroom was beautiful and large with lots of storage and shelves and marble tile. The beds, pillows and linens were so comfortable! I felt like I was sleeping on a 5 star bed! Thick walls - nice and quiet. Fridge, microwave, flat screen TV in the living room, standard TV in the bedroom. I would love to stay here if I were in Chicago for a long stay! It was great for the weekend- but it was so big and homey that I could see staying there for weeks at a time if I needed to! Helpful front desk, too! Staff is ready to help you figure out where to go in the city and how to get there! Oh, and the shampoo smells nice like Rosemary. I would certainly stay here again!”

“It was great to visit Chicago and know that our warm (17F outside) room was waiting. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. They have bell caps and valets and both handled luggage so tipping became confusing.”

• The pool area was cold--air temperature was much lower than the pool temperature.

“Wonderful hotel, very close to the Michigan Avenue's shopping but far enough off to be quiet. Hotel staff was wonderful, from the valet and doorman to the front desk staff who made my children's birthday a bit more special to the room, it was wonderful. We will look forward to staying at the Hilton Suites again.”
