• I liked the decor and the beds were very comfortable.
• My room was not ready in time.

“The James was a really nice hotel in a great location. The modern fixtures in the room and the plasma TV made it feel more spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• the location and price range
• No hot water and the lack of cleaning rooms daily for those who stay more than one day

“I thought the hotel was an okay one. It does has some things about it that can be changed to further pleas their guest, but the stay was overall okay.”

“The staff was helpful and seemed rather friendly, the rooms were somewhat small and seemed kind of old and unkept. But the location was central and especially close to the Magnificent Mile.”
