• Had to pay parking after they told me it was included. Rude when I checked in.

“Lady trying to tell me to use this transmitter in my car, so I didn't have to pay parking, leave it in my car so I did not get charged, then when I checked out, they charged me for parking. I checked out at 4:15 in the morning, they told me I had to wait, there computers were not ready for check outs. I had an appointment to be at by 5:00 am. want too happy, room was very small, no refrigerator, I thought all hotels have small refrigerators in them now days. Just not a good experience. I would have spent more to get a better room.”

• Great location and the staff was helpful.
• Access to parking garage was a little tricky, but nothing was horrible.

“Rooms were smaller than average but nothing that would make it inconvenient. Staff was friendly and helped with directions. Rooms were clean and modern. Free continental breakfast was the usual.”

• Friendly staff, room was small, but well furnished, nice bathroom and very clean.
• My hang up with this hotel was the parking. You had to park in an adjacent lot. The entrance was next to hotel entrance, but the walk up entrance was.

“Great location, friendly staff very clean. The room I had queen bed was small, but well furnished. Nicely remodeled bathroom. My only hang up was the parking. You have to do some walking to retrieve your car. However, they give you a $25/day all day in/out rate which is actually pretty good for Chicago. Nice place would recommend.”

• Could hear some noise from other guests rooms at night.

• Initially put me in stinky smoking room. Changed after.

• It was really friendly and clean and just looked nice.
• I thought for the star level that the room would have been bigger.

“As I stated before the hotel staff was really friendly which made staying there very pleasant. It was also very clean and comfortable, though the room was smaller than I had imagined it to be for the star level that it was. It was also very quiet. I would stay there again and recommend it to any of my friends.”

• It wasn't as expensive as the other hotels.
• It smelled like cigarette smoke throughout.

“If you don't spend a lot of time in your hotel room, this place is fine. It is old and a bit worn and torn, but clean.”

• Good Jacuzzi.
• Parking was very inconvenient.

“Small rooms, parking was around the corner, no valet or concierge, hard to find from the street as their sign out front is very small and somewhat hidden (by other sign next door), breakfast was ok but small room, not enough tables for guests and heavy pitchers for milk and juices, not handicap friendly!”

• Very clean, very friendly staff, great location.
• The speed of the Internet connection was low. It was next to impossible to get connected with my e-mail account most of the time.
