• The manager was very accommodating.
• The pool was a little bit in need of repair.

“We arrived and were helped tremendously by the manager and staff. The room was clean and spacious. There was a free breakfast the earlier you got there, the more food available.”

• There is nothing I liked about this hotel.
• Rude staff / Dirty / Horrible continental breakfast

“This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I called the night before my arrival to reserve a non-smoking room and they told me "no problem." So I assumed I would be getting a non-smoking room. No way!! Upon my arrival they put me in a smoking room because they had no non-smoking rooms available during my 3 day stay. The desk manager on duty was rude, inconsiderate, and unwilling to help in any way. I ended up calling the 800# for Holiday Inn Customer Care to complain. They weren't much more help. The room was filthy!! My white socks would be black on the bottom from walking on the carpet. Their so called "continental breakfast" was awful. Most of it was inedible The coffee was no more than brown warm water. It was a terrible experience and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. In the future, I will avoid Holiday Inn Express hotels!!”

• Quiet hours not enforced. Things did not settle down until 11:30.

“Start with a positive: the staff was friendly and helpful. It is just off the toll way. This room smelled of mildew immediately upon entry. Given only one bath towel, when I called for more, I was informed that they exchange dirty towels 1 for 1, but did bring me another set (there was more than one of us staying in the room). Besides the smell, our room was assigned in the middle of a group of several families that were traveling together with older children. The noise from the neighboring rooms and in the hallway where the kids congregated after quiet hours was incredible. There is very little in the immediate area around the hotel, and wandering aimlessly in search of food (real food, not fast food) can go on for a while. This hotel is a reminder to book well in advance of your vacation date, so you can get a much better/more comfortable room, in a different hotel, in a less depressed area.”
