• On the beach.
• Strong mildew smell and rude management.

“We were asked to change rooms creating a problem for us. The management locked us out of our room because we refused. There was not enough time for us to do this because of the event, but were forced. There was no excuse for our treatment and there was no apology.”

• It was on the beach and had free internet in room.
• Slow elevator and its flooring seemed to be in disrepair.

“Our stay was very enjoyable. The overall environment was clean and well-kept. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice view of the beach even though it was not beach-front.”

• The hotel had easy access to beach. We loved being able to view the water from our balcony. It had plenty of room for my family (of 4).
• I had no complaints during our stay.

“The hotel was nice and clean and very family friendly. It had great access to the beach and local entertainment, restaurants, etc. It was a bit more expensive than I had planned on paying especially in comparison of some other hotels (that had no rooms left). However, I am sure it was much nicer than the others and we were very happy and I know it was worth it.”

• Can't think of a thing.
• No handicap parking.

“Was very disappointed. Non smoking room smelled of smoke, no maid service second day, no one to help two senior ladies with their luggage, no handicap parking, desk clerk was not very friendly or helpful.”

• Staff was eager to get us out and wanted us to leave early.

• The beach is spectacular! Many well priced restaurants nearby.
• The cost was on the high side.

“The desk was amazingly helpful and friendly. The view was marginal from the pool side rooms, but the beach was so beautiful, white sand and turquoise water. Breakfast was expensive, but nearby rest. were well priced and the food was great. We will return!”

• No real restaurant, bar or room service.

“It's not located close to major restaurants or clubs. My private balcony provided a beautiful view into the condo next door. "Room service" is from Ruby Tuesdays down the road, no real restaurant and bar was a cabana with 4 chairs didn't offer me a better room, one with an ocean view. I would have paid more if I new it was available. I purchased the most expensive room choice hoping it would have a view.”
