• Nice room appointments and artwork; very helpful staff.
• Although the room was clean the carpet had a few sticky spots; off-the-beaten path location.

“A good comfortable hotel value for business travelers with business on the far south side of Chicago but not actually all that close to midway airport (about a 35 minute drive in light traffic). Staff is really friendly and goes the extra mile to be of service.”

• Rooms were very nice.
• 2 Large groups, pool was very noisy.

“In my search I put midway airport, and I thought it would be much closer to midway. Actually I thought it was the Holiday Inn Express by the midway airport, but it was not. I wanted to be close to the airport.”

• Friendly desk clerk, 4th floor room.
• Not close to Midway Airport.

“This hotel was reviewed as being close to Midway Airport. It was a long way away. I was extremely disappointed at the distance from Midway.”

• Convenient location because it is near Chicago but the area did not seem to be very safe, bad neighborhood.
• It said that it is new but the carpets were horrible. Parking seemed unsafe.

“The hotel is conveniently located near Chicago downtown (~20 minutes). However, it is not worth 100 a night. Better to go with the Super 8 hotel right next door for a lot less money, if you did not mind staying in what it seemed to be a very unsafe neighborhood.”
