• Desk was helpful in suggesting places to eat.
• Very, very, very cramped breakfast room.

“Average, clean, acceptable room & bathroom. Free WiFi was very nice. Breakfast room was very small and cramped.”

• Clean, spacious, friendly staff and close to Loyola University.
• Floor in my room was uneven.

“The hotel was scary on the outside but clean and friendly on the inside. The room was spacious and clean. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave.”

• It was quiet and comfortable.

“It was nice, affordable, and close to downtown Chicago, we had no problems. The parking was a bit tight, but at least there was parking and it was enclosed! I wasn't disappointed at all and we would definitely stay there again.”

• Nothing, I didn't.
• Black mold, cracks in walls, sloppy paint job, horrible parking.

“I would not stay in this hotel I asked for my money back, they should not allow people to stay in rooms that may be harmful; one of the people traveling was also pregnant. Search "Chicago hotel black mold" on youtube.com, for our video of room.”

• The hotel staff was great.
• My friend was robbed in the neighborhood.

“Provided all the services I expected; the room was clean and the bed comfortable; even continental breakfast, which is nice. The neighborhood is pretty nice in the daytime, but be careful at night. I liked the location because it was so close to the red line train station. Free parking that is locked at night a real plus. Overall, a pretty fair choice for what is in Chicago.”

• Proximity to Loyola.
• Poor water pressure , lack of hot water.

“Too much of a ghetto feel, the location did not appear to warrant. The university could provide a respectable return client, instead of a one time, wish I'd gone somewhere else. Cost is relative, but for 130.00 I should have been able to spend three days, not one. I would make this info known!!”

• We wanted to be close to Northwestern U at Evanston and this hotel met our needs.
• The morning breakfast was not stocked every morning and there was still 1 hour left.

“Staff was friendly and helpful. We picked this location due to proximity to Northwestern. The parking is free, but it is sometimes hard to find an available spot to fit a minivan. We would stay there again.”
