• Clean.

“The hotel (actually motel) was not fancy in any way, but it was clean and located in a safe area. I would recommend it for a no frills experience.”

• Close the places I wanted to go.

“Over all the hotel was fine. Small rooms had to ask for extra towels. Breakfast is coffee, juice and a muffin. Over all I doubt I'll stay here again.”

• To be honest, nothing.
• The staff was the most unfriendly.

“I have never in my life received such awful service at a hotel. The room had bugs. They were rude and ill assuming. Our air conditioner did not work well, there were broken tiles in the bathroom, we had to ask for extra towels, housekeeping opened the door when we were in the room and told them we didn't want service! All around, an awful place to stay.”

• Got upgraded to bigger room, convenient location for shopping, dining and not too far from the beach.
• I would like a later check out time than 11:00.

“This is across the street from an outlet mall and Starbucks, great restaurants nearby, and only 15 minute drive to the beach (if there's not a lot of traffic). I arrived on a Sunday and got upgraded to a bigger room for free.”

• Location.
• The mattresses were very very worn and uncomfortable.

“The rooms were very clean and the location from the beach was not very far. It is close to a lot of restaurants and some attractions. The beds were very worn and uncomfortable, we tossed and turned. The high speed internet was not high speed and I was barely able to make a connection. I will probably stay somewhere else if I travel back to the locale.”

• Very clean and the breakfast was exceptional.
• The towels and sheets needed some fabric softener and a nicer quality.

“My husband and I were on a business trip and the hotel met our needs perfectly for that. The rooms were smaller than most hotels (thus the name micro-tell), but were comfortable and clean. They provided a hot or cold breakfast and there was always coffee available.”

• It's location.
• It had no smoke detector in room. There was mold in the bathroom. No extra supplies in room.

“It needs some tender loving care and a good cleaning. It did appear that they had sufficient staff and they were as helpful as they could be they just didn't have the resources available to them.”

• It was fairly clean inside.
• The pool was dirty and not fit for swimming.

“For the amount of money that I had to pay for this motel I was very dissatisfied!! The pool was very dirty because of construction.”

• Nothing.
• I had no room.

“I made reservations on May 20th for a stay during the 1st week of July. I got to the hotel and they had my reservation on a print but stated their staff did not transfer this info to some other piece of paper. They gave my room away and did not have any others. I was strand with no where to go. After endless searching I finally found a place and had to pay more money than I had set out too. ”

• It must have been built on a toxic waste dump.

“After seeing the inside, a $295.00 per night in high vacation season (for a beach view) is a steal.”

• Location.
• Run down, seemed more like extended stay for construction workers.

“I was disappointed in the hotel. The front desk was not friendly and the cont. breakfast was in a corner with no place to sit. No shampoo, etc. in the room and no hair dryer. Very outdated compared with other places I've stayed. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again.”
