• The balconies were really nice.
• The check in time of 3:00. For the money a few more hours would be nice.

“The whole room was very appealing when we walked in. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.”

• Great location. On the beach and close to dining and shopping.
• It was nearly impossible to get the front desk on the phone. Both before checking in and afterwards when I called because of bags left behind.

• I loved the ocean view and vicinity to the beach.
• Kitchenette was far too small and cramped. No real seating area.

“This hotel was all that was promised, but a bit on the scrimpy side. The kitchenette was too small with not enough room to turn in or to even open fridge door completely. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.”

• Restaurant not opens in afternoon quite long enough for us.

• Local on the beach/ right off of 59.
• Outward appearance deceiving/from what your hall and room are really like.

“You pull up and think, I really got a deal this time on the beach and nice appearance from the outside. People are nice and friendly. Get to the hall and you feel like youre in a dungeon. Open the door to your room and think okay I can deal with this. Turn on the heat and it smells like dirty smelly feet. Get febreeze and try to take a bath to relax and the water runs for 1 min and out of hot water. Open the balcony door and not a view at all. My husband and I wanted to get away because our 17 year old was killed in a car wreck one year ago on Jan 13, 2007. The hotel could have been better but it's not the worse situation we have been in.”

• Proximity to the beach and local attractions.
• You could tell how thick the layers of paint were, just painted over again and again.

• Right on the Beach ,nice view.
• No HBO.

“Housekeeping \ desk staff very friendly and thorough. The hotel is a bit older but the view and proximity to the beach was very nice.”

• Great location right on the beach. Clean and hospitable.
• Smaller than we anticipated but no problems were experienced.

“The hotel was a little smaller than what we had imagined, however, we had a great stay. Our room was clean and it was very quiet at night. Access to the beach was awesome and it was not crowded at all. We had a slight medical emergency and the front desk staff was very helpful.”
