“Everything met expectations; however, I was unable to stay the 2nd night I only stayed one.”

• Extremely comfortable beds - would like to know what kind of mattresses they use.
• Air conditioning is loud and irritating. We did not know of the cost of parking.

“If we return to Evanston, we'll probably go back to this hotel even with bad air conditioning and parking cost. We did not find good restaurants in the area.”

• The bed was really comfortable.
• The markup on beer and wine was ridiculous.

“This hotel was fair for the price. Nothing better or worse than expected. The mini-mart that was open 24 hours, was actually a closet that was converted into a cooler. The view, was of a parking lot, you couldn't get the room dark because the shades didn't close all the way. If you use a Visa debit for your deposit card, you don't get refunded for 3 days which I thought was pretty inconvenient.”

“I stayed at the Hilton garden inn Evanston the most helpful thing was that they have people that speak 2 or 3 languages (Russian, Spanish, and French. This is very convent if English is not your first language...”
