“The Holiday Inn Oaklawn needs to be renovated, the lift did not work, the lights in the room did not all work. On the positive, the shuttle to the airport was great.”

“I stayed at the Holiday Inn for a night. I am very pleased with the personal. However I should let you know that I found an used soap in the bathroom, which showed that it was not cleaned the way it supposed to be. I can not complained about anything else.”

“Rude and unpleasant customer service, moderately clean rooms but poorly-constructed furniture (the bed frame broke while I was sleeping on it). Hotel lobby and hallways were smoke-filled and unclean. Also, the hotel was not nearly as close to midway airport as I anticipated, but my expectations were probably too high. Also, I left my camera($200 value) behind in the room and when I called about it the next day, housekeeping insisted it wasn't there.”
