  • Clean, most things worked, bills were ready, staff computer literate.
  • Breakfast waffle machine without Pam Spray. No pool.

“Easy to see from Interstate but hard to figure out how to get to on the local streets in very heavy traffic. Clean with limited facilities. No ice on main level, limited luggage roller totes (saw only one and I watched. My wife with the heart murmur had to carry luggage to room (staff did not offer help) handicap parking convenient but limited.”

  • Close to major interstate.
  • Room reeked of sweet odor covering smell and it was not pleasant.

“Location was not bad to highway but hard to access entrance location because it is not off of first access road. Room smelled so strong that I tried to use coffee packet left in room to counter, but no luck. Bed was alright as was shower. Smell just took over whole experience in room, so if you don't mind that. It is not too bad.”

  • King size bed, hair drier, fridge, microwave, clean.
  • Need an access road from back parking to front of motel.

“Overall very nice, but back parking lot needs to connect with front parking lot. Front lot a little crowed.”

  • Staff was at least friendly. Security officer in lobby, bad neighborhood!
  • Room smelled. Carpet and chairs were stained. Bad neighborhood (which we were not aware of/not from area).

“We had tickets to an event in Joliet IL. Never been to Joliet, or city. We had to get beckon a major freeway and drive 38 mins to a hotel! Way out of the way. We passed another hotel (same name) closer. The parking lot of this was very quiet/dark/hotel. That could not have been even 1/2 full! Non smokers do not want to be in a room that smells like smoke all over the walls, bed, bathroom etc. Hard to fall asleep in a room with bad smell! We checked in late (9:30 pm) and were glad we did. Right after check in we went to local Appleby's until they closed 12 - 12:30, before going back to the room. Did not want to spend any time there other than to fall asleep. The carpet's were badly stained and so were the chairs. Looked like someone tried to clean them. but just bad! Very disappointed in experience! I have told other's about this bad experience. Take example from this and correct your service. Bad services, bad for business.”

  • The price was ok for the weekend holiday.
  • The room was unclean, hallways not cool, odor in hotel.

“This is not a good place to stay if youre with family or a business traveler. If you need something cheap and safe and doesnt mind worrying whether your bed linens are clean this is the place for you!”

  • Staff well-intentioned but poorly trained.

“Clean, basic hotel with breakfast. Has all essentials plus free wireless internet and small, but adequate, exercise room. Staff was well-intentioned but some members could use training, struggled with check-in and key management.”

  • Confusing to get to as can see off the interstate but you have to go around several blocks and double back to get to it.

  • Looks nice from the outside.
  • Filthy, unfriendly, lazy.

“Staff at this hotel were very uninviting. We got stuck in a smoking room, and me and my wife don't smoke, and the desk manager was unwilling to put us in another room. There was dirt in our bathtub. No Wi-Fi when they promote free WiFi for the hotel. Check in took 20 min, and there was one customer ahead of us. Very disgusted at performance. 1 ice machine, in a 3 level hotel, and it was on the 3rd floor. Will not stay at this hotel again, nor will I recommend it.”

  • It's location was good.
  • Did not have a pool.

“The first room that we had the heater did not work. Overall, this motel is barely a 1 star motel. It was not very clean they allowed dogs in all of the rooms so us who do suffer from asthma and allergies this is not a good pick. In fact there must have been a dog show because the motel was full of dogs.”

  • Our key deactivated while we were out and we could not get a new key.

  • The service.

“When I arrived at the hotel I noticed the phone receiver cord was broken. I reported this immediately to the front desk. Three days later it had not been repaired. I could not make or receive calls my entire stay. I needed to extend my stay an additional week and the poor service was the determining factor for me to find another place to lodge.”

  • My room was not cleaned during the day. When I returned at 10:30 pm they offered but I was tired and going to sleep.

“This hotel did not meet my expectations as my room was not cleaned during my stay. The people were friendly but friendly did not get my room clean.”
