• Close to in-laws house, only hotel that doesn't smell of cheese.
• Too many 2 star people in the pool area, but this is where they always congregate

• Convenient location.
• Poorly maintained.

“This property has gone downhill in the last few years. Curtains were yellowed and had holes in them. Bolts were in the wall where there were once hangings. TV was old and the reception was terrible. The computer monitor in the Business Center was an old CRT unbelievable! No hot water in bathroom despite an empty hotel. They are likely to lose their Holiday Inn franchise.”

• Very clean, warm atmosphere, and staff were very pleasant.

“I was very pleased with my stay. The rooms were very nice and spacious. I'm a neat freak so the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself were great! Highly recommend it.”

• Courteous staff, really nice towels.
• Non-operable windows, loud air conditioner.

“The hotel was decent - we weren't expecting anything great, but it wasn't what I'd call upscale either. The room was nothing special. The bed was ok, but there was no reading light except for by the bed which was bad for us as we were traveling with a child. The clock was a clock radio and didn't have a cd player - kind of a drawback.
The towels were nice, the bathroom was nothing fancy but took care of our needs.
Overall its a good enough hotel as long you all you are doing is sleeping there and spending the rest of your time outside of your room.”

• Nothing.
• Hotel was old and dirty floors, and bathrooms.

“The room smelled of mothballs and the floors were stained all over. The night light shade was burnt and the sheets on the bed did not appear clean. I was switched 3 times and all the rooms were the same.”

• Location.
• Our room had an odor that was unpleasant.

“The hotel was very busy with people in the lobby and outside from an event. My wife and I were in the area for a wedding, and we prefer quiet peaceful smaller inns or motels, so this stay was out of necessity.”

• Things were broken in the room. They did do the repairs.

• Needing specific access to the floor I stayed on.

“I was frustrated that I tried to apply my stay at your hotel to my SWA Rewards account, and was told I had to do that through SWA only. SWA reports that they need the confirmation from your hotel, and, after calling three times to your hotel, still your staff has not been able to adequately assist me. It was expensive to stay at this very mediocre hotel. You'd think the staff would be more capable in handling thing like Southwest Airlines awards, since you're partners in this agreement.”
