• All of the upgrades made for a wonderful stay.
• I was given a handicap room which was a bit awkward because I am tall woman.

“Everything was fine. The only complaint which wasn't a huge deal is that I was given a handicap room so use of peephole, closet and mirror was a bit awkward because I'm tall.”

“Good shuttle to the Metro station and the airport. Very busy and not very accommodating as I was requesting for a non-smoking room. Very disappointed.”

• Room was not clean, foul odor in room.

“The hotel room was not clean and had a foul odor. We had to keep the fan running the entire time to distract from the odor. We would not stay at this hotel again or recommend to anyone else. Very disappointing for a Hilton.”

• Great location near Midway Airport.
• TV was old and small, not what I expected at the Hilton.

“While I was only there for a very short sleep I liked this hotel and hope to stay there again. The shuttle stops running late in the evening and starts up again at 5:30. I had a 5:45 flight and the hotel paid for my cab to the airport, which made the stay for me. My only gripe is that the TVs are old and small. These need to be upgraded. Otherwise, great place to stay near the Midway Airport.”

• Close to a main road, lots around it, under construction, needed new carpet.
• No decaf at front desk, guest smoked outside front door so had to walk through a smoke screen.

“I liked the non smoking rooms but were on the same floor with smoking, very strong smell of cigs, as get off elevator did like staying on 1st floor safety ring at pool very worn and frayed need recovered or replaced rope was frayed also very short coffee being provided at front desk and no brewed decaf. Was not pleasant to have to walk in through a cloud of cig smoke to get in front door always smelled of smoke and also most always someone at front door smoking, it was sickening smell to come and go from motel. Waiters in restaurant did not understand much English, I asked if there were any hot items on buffet breakfast he looked confused and said no as I was leaving checked it out and indeed there is hot food on the buffet. I saved money so I am grateful but he should understand English a little better.”

• The location was great! It was surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants and it had easy access to the highways.
• The room decor was a bit outdated and the bathroom doors didn't lock.

“It was a very decent and clean hotel. It's centrally located to good shopping spots, restaurants and highways. The front desk staff was very friendly and the computer access was a nice touch. Its a good thing that they are getting ready to do some upgrades to their room decor because it's necessary. Over all, we would definitely stay there again.”

• Parking lot design was cramped.

“Very clean and comfortable stay. Convenient circular tower design removing any long hallway walks. Ice and vendor every other floor. Hotel has Convention Center attached; parking would be the only blemish in our stay.”

• Unique design.
• Commuter train traffic was loud throughout the night.

“This hotel was unique in having pie shaped rooms. The pie shape provided more living space. The hotel was readily identifiable from a distance. It's in a great location for shopping to pick up items you might not have packed.”

• Nice staff, room had nice amount of space.
• Room was not very clean, do not consider it a 3 star, bathroom was not clean.

“The hotel in whole was nice. The room that I had was not very clean. It had a bathroom that was not clean to the way I expected it if it is a 3 star hotel that it should be above the standards of 2 or 2.5 star hotels. I don't know how they give these stars out but hopefully it is not for the amenities. But overall it was ok. The pool was nice and the staff was very helpful.”

• I most enjoyed the bed, it was very comfortable. Also, because I was traveling with two small children, someone even helped with the bags.
• Space permitted; there could have been a few more drawers for clothing.

“I think this is a great hotel. The bed was so comfortable and I didn't smell food in the lobby; I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.”
