• Cleanliness and spaciousness of rooms.
• Did not have a flat screen television.

• The area had everything, convenient, cheaper than downtown.
• Rooms slightly run down compared to other Marriott. We've stayed in.

• The convenience of the airport, restaurants and shopping were great.

“We had a view of Midway Airport and enjoyed watching the flights from our hotel room balcony. Even though we were near an airport, when the doors were closed, we did not hear the planes. The staff and services provided were very accomodating.”

• We loved the separate seating area.
• The bathroom sink area was a little tight.

“Easy to get too, helpful staff, clean rooms and a good food in a nice restaurant with great service. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family and friends and will use the hotel again.”

• It was located close to the airport as I had a very early flight out the next day. Bed was comfortable and room very clean.

• Staff was friendly. The room looked good.
• I had the room from Hell, nothing worked like it should. Hidden fees. No Free Internet service.

“The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. I had to pay to park in the open lot. Last time I stayed I didn't have to. High price for Internet service. Which took a few hours for them to figure out why it was not working? The refrigerator door would not stay closed, could not hook my computer to the TV so I didn't have to pay the steep fees for movies. Cable box to do that I was told is not working in any room. And every time they uses they called maintenance I could here it through the TV. The phone had to be replacing as well. I had a better experience at a Comfort Inn.”

• Had a TGI Friday's adjacent, good breakfast, thick walls.
• A little far from downtown Chicago but quick directions are available at the front desk.

“The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. We even received a complimentary breakfast one morning courtesy of the manager just by walking by the dining area. The only downside to the entire weekend was the distance to downtown Chicago, but just take I-55 and you'll be there in no time. Avoid surface streets.”

• Little far from airport or bus access. Charged separately for Car Parking.

“The stay was nice and people are very good. The place is good. But Disappointed when we received the separate bill for car parking.”
