• The staff is just fabulous! Always smiling and helpful,they make you feel like you are at home.
• Nothing.

“Parking is well lit. Beds are so comfortable especially the pillows. Staff is terrific. Pool is very clean and perfect to relax in. Breakfast is great and anything you need the staff is very accommodating.”

• Friendly desk person.
• Paid parking, not expected to pay for a parking spot on such a huge lot.

“The desk person was friendly, the room we were changed to was very romantic and no charge for the upgrade. The location was close to the airport as well as several shopping malls.”

• The staff was the best I have seen in several years. Friendly, helpful, and accomodating.
• No restaurant.

“From the time I called for a pickup at the airport to the time I walked out the door to go back to the airport, I could not have asked for a friendlier, more helpful staff. There was even someone to help with breakfast.”

• Free breakfast, complete with home made waffles (you make it yourself) was awesome.

“The hotel was clean, neat, with comfortable beds and, in all areas, evidence of basic provision for comfort/needs. Nice pool area and the exercise equipment was in good working order. Really enjoyed a huge breakfast, courtesy of the hotel. Staff was very polite, friendly and made my family feel at home and secure.”

• Felt very secure in the parking facilities.
• The heat AC unit was older. It got very hot at times.

“Great breakfast and friendly staff. TGIF's was not my favorite. The service was very slow and the food was not what I expected it to be.”

• Convenience. 24-hours shuttle, eating places very close.
• On top of the room charge, the hotel charged $10 for parking.

“The hotel was very clean. I also didn't like the fact that there is an additional charge for parking ($10). The 24-hours hotel shuttle was great since I was flying out at 6:20am. Overall, it was a very good experience. I actually would recommend this hotel.”

• The shuttle service to the train did not operate as they explained it would.

• I was very happy with the hotel for the price paid. Also, the front desk staff was great in helping us with the shuttle arrangements and directions.
• The exercise room was somewhat small but adequate and the pool was visible from the front lobby.

“The most important plus was the shuttle and the desk staff's directions for points of interest.”

• Great location, beautiful, classy lobby, nice rooms.
• Construction had north exit closed.

“Very convenient to the CTA, friendly, courteous staff. The atmosphere of the lobby was elegant and classy. Overall, a great experience and value.”

• It was convenient to everything. I truly enjoyed the continental breakfast.
• I can't think of anything.

• Continental b-fast, clean rooms and bathrooms friendly staff.
• Having to pay for parking.

“The hotel itself was great although no where did it state we would have to pay an additional $10.00 for parking to park in the lot. My husband travels a lot to major cities and not ever has he had to pay for parking.”

• 24-hour airport shuttle.

“The hotel staff was extremely friendly. My plane didn't leave until 6pm, and the hotel allowed me to stay in my room until 4pm at no additional charge. The breakfast was a very good quality for being included in the room charge, and just an overall great experience.”

• Clean, friendly, convenient, excellent hot breakfast spread, very helpful, wonderful location, free airport shuttle.
• Very busy and crowded in the morning, but that just means it's popular, I suppose.

“I was called to Chicago for a funeral, so I needed to make my reservations quickly, over Memorial Day weekend no less. This hotel met my price request and gave me a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. This was my first time staying in Chicago, and I was pleasantly surprised at the convenience of the location, the ease of getting from the hotel to other areas in Chicago via the free airport shuttle to use the 'L' Train, the wonderful hot breakfast, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff. At the end of our trip, my mom thought she had accidentally put her cell phone in my bag, which was bad because I had already headed to the airport (she was traveling elsewhere by car). The hotel staff was extremely helpful (even though we had already checked out) and could to help her get in touch with me so that she could successfully get her phone back. I would most definitely stay here again and I would encourage others, as well! Thanks, Fairfield Inn for making my trip hassle-free and very enjoyable!”

“Located in the midst of several other hotels, with nice affordable restaurants within walking distance I felt safe and secure. Everything about this hotel spoke volumes to the effects of cleanliness on ones psyche. I have always liked the Fairfield inn and will recommend this one to my family and friends.”
