• Location and reasonable price.
• Not well maintained, not very clean and the bed is not good.

“Good location nearby the midway airport. The price is reasonable regarding the free breakfast and airport shuttle service.”

• Security cameras for safety.
• 10 dollars a day for parking even though there was tons of space. This can be difficult for a familys budget.

“The hotel is clean and very close to all major restaurants and hotels. And of course the midway airport. The sad thing is if you rent a car expect to pay for the parking, which takes the joy out of being at the hotel. And don't feel as at home. Also not being able to park at the hotel lot. Can cause anxiety crossing the big traffic streets if you decide to park on the adjacent streets in the residential neighborhoods. With little children it could be a nightmare especially in the cold winters, of Chicago. Otherwise it was a great stay.”

• Good variety at breakfast. Please add oatmeal packets.
• The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke (all rooms were ns).

“Good shuttle service. Didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be picked up. Driver helped with luggage. Room updated decor.”

• The girl at the front desk that worked until 11p.m.
• The pillows were terrible and the TV was in green color only and was not replaced after maintained came to look at it.

“The shuttle service is quick and dependable to and from the airport. The staff is extremely friendly and a hot breakfast is served until 10 a.m. with cookies and popcorn as snacks in the evening.”
