• Poor in room coffee. No coffee in front entrance at 4:45 am.

• Nice staff.
• Stinky lobby, dining, entire hotel smelled like cigarettes.

“Nice staff, clean rooms.Very stinky cigarette smells through out hotel, mixed with stuffy heat. The smell got in my clothes. I don't smoke.”

• Worked out find for a business trip of 4 personnel.
• Nothing.

“Was great to find a place to stay that all four of our business personnel could stay in the same location and during a very high peak time in that location.”

• Cheap, close to where I had to go.
• Back door to get in was broke when we first arrived.

“All we did was sleep there. Hotel seemed clean. The back door was broke when we first arrived but when we returned in the evening it had been repaired.”

• Extra pillows on king size beds.
• Poor TV channel selection.

“The room was clean, the hallway was not. Very poor TV channel selection, less than basic cable. Other hotels that I have stayed at in this price range have included satellite TV and an in room refrigerator. This hotel had neither of these.”

• Safety issues: doors didn't automatically latch; staff acted like it was no big deal. Faucets on sinks were attached backwards.

“La Quintas are independently owned and operated. Mattresses were very old with 'sleep holes' indicating they hadn't been turned or changed out often enough. General maintenance was not good overall. La Quinta Corp. should probably know this franchise isn't going a good job.”

• Heater was broken, would not put up in different room had to wait for repair man.

• Continental breakfast was nice.
• No pool :(, Breakfast area was small and hot.

“One of a few hotels that actually has a fan in the bathroom which was nice. Very spacious and clean. Would recommend to friends most definitely”

• A little tricky to figure out how to get into the drive from the freeway, but not that big of a deal.

• They had more than just donuts and coffee for the continental breakfast, and a nice size room to eat in.
• Room and furnishings were dingy. Mattress old and hard. No pool or exercise room.

“One star was the only choice available for the area. Maybe you could try to get some 2 or 3 star places in the area. We have been thrilled with other reservations. This was my first disappointment. If this is what all one stars are like.”
